so quick question.
we scheduled, i was 20 mins late but contacted the guy, waited another 30 mins but he never showed up.
how does it rules out?

Your act call would be invalid since you were the one to show up late. If your opponent doesn’t call act and you guys don’t play by the deadline this matchup will be flipped
