Team Building Process

First step was to make the core, consisting of a support and a late game cleaner. I recall my friend saying something about a +2 Scizor being able to OHKO a vast majority of the metagame a long while back. I don't know about the specifics, but this made me decide to build a team focusing on a boosted Scizor. As baton pass clause only allows one pokemon of such, Scolipede is the perfect option to duo w/ Scizor to enable it to sweep, forming the core.

This step was to find a suitable breaker. At the moment, fire types are stopping me from using the core effectively. Talonflame was also a major issue, so a Rock type was needed. T-tar is the best rock type for the job, countering Talonflame and check threats such as Mega Manectric, Mandibuzz, Ferrothorn, Thundurus, Volcarona, Mega Charziards and other electrics / fires.

Third step, establish momentum. Rotom-W and Lando-T have special and physical bulk respectively, as well as volt-turn. This can be used to give the team the switches it needs to gain control of the game. These two pokemon are also great at dealing with much of the threats in the game, through being able to lower attack w/ intimidate and will-o-wisp setting up rocks, and providing decent coverage.

Final step, coverage. Offensive water types were the next big threat to Scizor, namely Keldeo, which resists all of Scizor's attacks. Providing special offense was necessary, in a fully physically offensive team. thus, Latios was chosen, countering Keldeo and hitting tanks and walls hard with a Draco Meteor. It could also utilise the speed from Scolipede to clean up late game.

Elo Booster (Scolipede) @ Leftovers
Ability: Speed Boost
EVs: 252 HP / 200 Def / 52 Spe
Timid Nature
- Swords Dance
- Protect
- Substitute
- Baton Pass
Scolipede is the baton pass support. When the time is right, it will sub/protect/SD until I decide it's time to bring out Scizor or T-Tar, depending on whether or not Scizor can sweep or not. It can also baton pass to Latios for a late game sweep.

One Shot (Scizor) @ Scizorite
Ability: Technician
EVs: 60 HP / 252 Atk / 4 SpD / 190 Spe
Adamant Nature
- Roost
- Bullet Punch
- Bug Bite
- Knock Off
As mentioned above, Scizor is the part of the core used to tear apart whole teams after it gets the set up it needs. Bullet punch and Bug Bite for the technician STABs, knock off as a reliable coverage attack and roost to heal off some damage during free turns.

Talonlame (Tyranitar) @ Choice Scarf
Ability: Sand Stream
EVs: 252 HP / 252 Atk / 4 SpA
Naughty Nature
- Stone Edge
- Earthquake
- Crunch
- Fire Blast
As explained in the team building process, T-Tar is the breaker to deal with much of the threats to Scizor. Scarf will help it kill the fast electrics and fires, and revenge kill effectively. It is also the counter for Talonflame.

Wishy Washy (Rotom-Wash) @ Leftovers
Ability: Levitate
EVs: 252 HP / 4 Def / 252 SpD
Sassy Nature
IVs: 0 Spe
- Volt Switch
- Hydro Pump
- Thunder Wave
- Will-O-Wisp
Rotom-W is used for special bulk and ability to give the team switches. Volt switch and hydro pump for general STAB. Thunder Wave and Will-O-Wisp to pretty much neuter offensive threats. I dont' see the need for pain split as of now.

Land 'R Us (Landorus-Therian) (M) @ Leftovers
Ability: Intimidate
EVs: 252 HP / 252 Def / 4 SpD
Relaxed Nature
IVs: 0 Spe
- Knock Off
- U-turn
- Earthquake
- Stealth Rock
Landorus has pretty much the same job as Rotom-W, tanking physical hits instead, and setting up rocks. It can also be a make shift sweeper if needed if Scolipede can do so.

Bomber (Latios) (M) @ Life Orb
Ability: Levitate
EVs: 4 HP / 252 SpA / 252 Spe
Timid Nature
- Draco Meteor
- Psyshock
- Ice Beam
- Thunderbolt
Latios is for general coverage and filling in the gaps left by the rest of the team, mainly countering Keldeo. At first I had choice scarf, but because of Scolipede I deemed it unnecessary, changing to specs. However, the inability to change moves was a pain, and life orb doesn't lose that much damage, so here we are. Latios is the mot replaceable member of the team, and any better suggestions are taken.
Threat List (more later)

If people could find more threats I'd be much appreciative.
Summary
Overall, the team works well and should be able to deal with many of the threats in the meta, given the right predicts and switches to find the opportunity to sweeps. I'd be much appreciative if there were any suggestions to improve the team, mainly the last 3 pokemon if there's anything that works better than what exists already.
