So ok, that barely helped, so i decided to go the weighted route (its better for small metas anyways)

I did prep a neat slate tho

Summary of Changes: +20 HP, +10 Def, +10 SpD, -20 Spe

Optimized Registeel becomes a very bulky Steel/Ghost Unaware wall, with reliable recovery, a great defensive typing, Haze, and three different status moves. It can be passive otherwise, however.

Regirock [Optimized]
Abilities: Self-Repair* / Regenerator (Hidden)
*Self-Repair: Heals 25% of max HP when hit by a Rock-type attack, or when switching Stealth Rock or Spikes. Clears Stealth Rock and Spikes on entry.
Stats: 80/120/200/50/100/50 (600)
Added Moves: Recover
Summary of Changes: +20 Atk
Regirock's Self-Repair ability should be self-explanatory in its usefulness, allowing Regirock to safely switch in to Rock-type moves, but more importantly, allowing it to clear Stealth Rock without needing to use a move, and without taking any damage from it. While its Rock-typing is far from ideal defensively, it still has incredible physical bulk as well as recovery.

Regice [Optimized]
Abilities: Unmelting* / Ice Body (Hidden)
*Unmelting: Immune to Fire-type attacks and Burn, and halves damage from Water.
Stats: 80/50/100/120/200/50 (600)
Added Moves: Recover, Volt Switch
Summary of Changes: +20 SpA
Regice's new Ice/Electric typing makes it better both offensively and defensively. Offensively, it gives STAB on its BoltBeam combo, and defensively, it gives it actual resistances. Unmelting helps it further, turning its Fire weakness into an immunity, and making it a rare Scald switch-in.

Regigigas [Optimized]
Abilities:
Slow Start (New Buff: Only lowers speed)
Stats: 110 HP / 160 Atk / 110 Def / 80 SpA / 110 SpD / 100 Spe | BST: 670
Added Moves: Hammer Arm, Bulk Up, Fake Out, Protect, Rest, Stealth Rock, Recover.
Summary of Changes: N o t h i n g
Description: Might not be the most powerful mon even with the Slow Start's buff and new Normal/Fighting typing, but thanks to new aditions on Stealth Rock, Recover and Bulk Up, Regigigas can make proper use of its sheer bulk.

Spe: 60 (+10)
BST: 600 (+20)
Added Moves: Shadow Hammer*, Recover, Bulk Up, Shadow Sneak, Phantom Force, Night Shade, Shadow Punch, Will-o-Wisp
New Move: Shadow Hammer |
|
| 100 BP | 90 Acc | 10 PP | Lowers the users speed by 1 stage after use. | Z-Move: 180 BP Never-Ending Nightmare
Justification: All of the Regis are very ancient golems, so Ghost-type applies well. Boosted attack and speed allow it to be more offensively threatening as either a bulk up tank or a rock polish sweeper. Still works as a cool normal and fighting type check with recovery and a nice ability to either nullify electric attacks or to take less from super-effective attacks.

Regice [Optimized]

Abilities:
Clear Body / Heatproof | Soundproof
Stats:

Def: 100 (+0)
SpA: 120 (+20)

Spe: 60 (+10)
BST: 600 (+20)
Added Moves: Shadow Hammer, Shadow Ball, Hex, Freeze-Dry, Recover, Calm Mind, Night Shade, Will-o-Wisp
Justification: Typing same justification as above. Serves as a Primarina stop and as a sweeper or (probably bad) special wall. Better movepool is better.

Added Moves: Shadow Hammer, Shadow Ball, Recover, Will-o-Wisp, Night Shade, Spite, Calm Mind
Justification: Very gross and fat, but passive and can't really sweep outside of a Suicune-esque CM PP stall set.

Def: 110 (+0)

BST: 670 (+0)
Changed Ability: Slow Start: Lasts only 3 turns at 0.8x compared to 0.5x
Added Moves: Shadow Hammer, Protect, Substitute, Slack Off, Shadow Sneak, Shadow Punch, Bulk Up, Will-o-Wisp
Justification: Raw bulk alongside decent power and speed under Slow Start and then really gets the ball rolling once it ends. 4 MSS kind of sucks, though, and 100 speed (especially at 0.8x) is not the greatest for an offensive mon.

Regirock [Optimised]
Stats:
90 HP / 105 Atk / 200 Def / 45 SpA / 105 SpD / 55 Spe (+10 HP, +5 Atk, -5 SpA, +5 SpD, +5 Spe) BST 600
Abilities:
Clear Body / Solid Rock (Sand Stream)
Added Moves: Accelerock, Recover, Volt Switch, Whirlwind, Skill Swap, Counter, Magic Coat, Rapid Spin
Move Change: Regirock now learns Seismic Toss via level-up (1).
New Move: Repair |
|
| -- BP | -- Accuracy | 10 PP | 0 Priority | Restores 1/2 of the user's max HP. If Stealth Rock is present on the user's side of the field, removes Stealth Rock and restores 2/3 of the user's max HP. | Z-Move: +2 Def
Justification: What all the Regis lack is recovery. Regirock now has a lot of utility at its disposal: it can set weather if you like, use Solid Rock to better sponge SE hits in general, can set and remove hazards, has priority, and can pivot, giving potential teammates a safe switch-in provided it can tank whatever's in front of it. Also interesting is giving it the power to phase the opponent with Whirlwind. Your opponent thinks he can set up in your face? Get out of here. Regirock however still needs to watch out for status. Being primarily physical, it's not a fan of burn.

Regice [Optimised]
Stats:
90 HP / 45 Atk / 105 Def / 105 SpA / 200 SpD / 55 Spe (+10 HP, -5 Atk, +5 Def, +5 SpA, +5 Spe) BST 600
Abilities:
Clear Body / Water Absorb (Snow Warning)
Move Change: Regice now learns Seismic Toss via level-up (1).
Added Moves: Glaciate, Recover, Volt Switch, Whirlwind, Skill Swap, Magic Coat, Mirror Coat, Rapid Spin
New Move: Flash Freeze |
|
| -- BP | -- Accuracy | 20 PP | +1 Priority | If a Pokémon affected by Flash Freeze attempts to use a Fire-type move, they become frozen and cannot execute that move. | Z-Move: +2 SpD
Justification: While still stuck with a glaring weakness to rocks and Steel-types, Regice is a 'bulky' hail setter, but has a viable alternative in Water Absorb (the thought process being that if Regice is so cold, water freezes instantly when in proximity because it cools the air around it to -200 degrees Celsius). Glaciate for flavour, and is a stronger form of speed control than Icy Wind if that's your cup of tea. Like Regirock, Regice is given the power to phase, recover, and pivot. Flash Freeze is an interesting gimmick, read correctly and you've completely incapacitated one of your opponent's mons (unless they also have Scald or Flare Blitz). It gives you a neat tool to play some mind games with your opponent. Finally, Mirror Coat's another ace in the hole that lets you bop something that you know you're going to live. Not the most useful option, but hey, it's there.

Registeel [Optimised]
Stats:
90 HP / 80 Atk / 150 Def / 80 SpA / 150 SpD / 50 Spe (+10 HP, +5 Atk, +5 SpA) BST 600
Abilities:
Clear Body / Filter (Bulletproof)
Move Change: Registeel now learns Seismic Toss via level-up (1).
Added Moves: Spikes, Recover, Volt Switch, Whirlwind, Skill Swap, Magic Coat, Metal Burst, Rapid Spin
New Move: Regireset |
|
| 100 BP | 100 Accuracy | 0 Priority | Blocked by Soundproof | Registeel emits a nullifying, hollow clangor from within its body. This resets the opponent's stat changes. | Z-Move: 180 BP Corkscrew Crash
Justification: Hazards, recovery, phasing, spinning, a near-unblockable Clear Smog... And with an immunity to common coverage options such as Shadow Ball and Focus Blast, Registeel tries to carve a name for itself as OU's greatest sponge. Regireset (and yes it is a ridiculous name) provides damage output while stopping potential sweeps, though Registeel's main source of damage output will still likely be Seismic Toss.

Regigigas [Optimised]
Stats: 110 HP / 160 Atk / 110 Def / 80 SpA / 110 SpD / 100 BST: 670
Abilities: Clear Body / Vital Spirit (Normalize)
Added Moves: Recover, Rest, Volt Switch, Bulk Up, Whirlwind, Skill Swap, Magic Coat, Protect, Ice Beam, Blizzard, Seismic Toss (via level-up, 1)
Justification: In the age of Fair™ and Balanced™ things like mega evolutions and Z-Moves, there's really not a whole lot you need to change about Regigigas to make it a threat. Just get rid of Slow Start and watch it go. I decided to give Regigias abilities that were largely unimpressive in addition to Clear Body, shared by the other three. Vital Spirit allows it to switch into a predicted Spore or Sleep Powder and Clear Body's obvious in its usefulness; the real star of the show however is Normalize. Are you carrying a Fighting move? Is Regigigas faster than you? Well, you can kiss that super-effectiveness goodbye as Regigigas Skill Swaps your ability away. Normalize isn't completely infallible however, as damaging Z-moves still retain their typing, Normalize or no. Regigigas' speed tier however is not as fast as it used to be, it's paranoid of burn, and on top of all that, you have to forgo a choice item in order to actually use Skill Swap. If you can taunt it and have a Ghost-type in your party, Normalize Regigigas is forced to attack or switch.

Really great submissions everybody, and I am glad new faces decided to contribute. Closing submissions in 24 hours, so anyone still wanna submit or finish their own submissions now is the time.

Regice [Optimised]
Stats:
115 HP / 40 Atk / 105 Def / 105 SpA / 200 SpD / 35 Spe (+35 HP, -10 Atk, +5 Def, +5 SpA, -15 Spe) BST 600
Abilities:
Clear Body / No Guard (Regenerate)
Move Change: Regice now learns Dynamic Punch via level-up
Added Moves: Sing, Metal Sound, Shore Up, Screech, Freeze Dry
Justification: Regice has a strong movepool of viable yet inaccurate moves: Dynamic Punch, Zap Cannon, Blizzard and Focus Blast. With Sing now in there, it has some more niche to its movepool. It's still very slow, so it can't abuse parafusion the way Mega Stone metas in a way that banned Pidgeotite.

Regirock [Optimised]
Stats:
115 HP / 105 Atk / 200 Def / 40 SpA / 105 SpD / 35 Spe (+35 HP, +5 Atk, -10 SpA, +5 SpD, -15 Spe) BST 600
Abilities:
Clear Body / No Guard (Solid Rock)
Added Moves: Accelerock, Sing, Metal Sound, Screech, Shore Up
Move Change: Regirock now learns Dynamic Punch via level-up
Justification: Similar to Regice, this thing is physical prowess. Still slow, but Stone Edge/Dynamic Punch is a powerful, and now accurate combo with Zap Cannon for Para support.

Registeel [Optimised]
Stats:
115 HP / 75 Atk / 150 Def / 75 SpA / 150 SpD / 35 Spe (+35 HP, -15 Spe) BST 600
Abilities:
Clear Body / No Guard (Intimidate)
Move Change: Registeel now learns Dynamic Punch via level-up
Added Moves: Sing, Bullet Punch, Metal Sound, Screech, Gyro Ball, Shore Up, Metal Burst
Justification: A Steel Intimidator? That's nifty. Get in, maybe Sing, spread some noise. Want an impressive Calc?

-1 236+ Atk Groudon-Primal Precipice Blades vs. 252 HP / 252+ Def Registeel: 198-234 (45.6 - 53.9%) -- 2% chance to 2HKO after Leftovers recovery

Of course, it doesn't do that much in return other than wall things.

Regigigas [Optimized]
Abilities:
Protean (Adaptability)
Stats: 110 HP / 160 Atk / 110 Def / 80 SpA / 110 SpD / 100 Spe | BST: 670
Added Moves: Sing, Metal Sound, Shore Up, Screech, Drain Punch
Justification: I'm not gonna lie. A defensive spread this good plus Protean is probably Ubers material. However, this regi just clicks with that ability IMHO, I can't explain it other than it being a crafter of the very elements themselves. Surely this could extend to its adaptability with said elements.

While Greninja got an OP Ability and lot of Popularty the other two kalos starters got the shortest end of the stick. Let's give them some love!
Chesnaught:
Abilities: Overgrow/Implant* | [HA] Bulletproof
Added Moves:close combat, horn leech(it Can use its spikes as horn),Leaf blad,

Added Moves:Moon blast,energy ball,
Summary of Changes:+20 SpD, +16 SpA,+10 spe
Please submit any of the mons of the current slate (Regigigas, Regice, Registeel and Regirock)

Stats: 110 HP / 30 Atk / 130 Def / 100 SpA / 200 SpD / 20 Spe | BST: 600
Added Moves:Recover.
Summary of Changes:+30 HP,-30Spe,+30 Def, -30 Atk.
Frost absorb:when this pokemon is attacked with an ice type moves, it heals (by 25% of its health) instead of taking damge

Registeel [Optimized] :
Abilities: Clear Body/+magic guard|[HA] (-light metal-)+Filter.
Stats: 90 HP / 60 Atk / 165 Def / 60 SpA / 165 SpD / 40 Spe | BST: 600
Added Moves:Recover.
Summary of Changes:+15 Def, -15 Atk,+15 SpD,-15 SpA,-10 Spe,+10

Idea 1:weaken their useless stats and power up their useful Stats,
Idea 2:Give them magic gaurd to make them immune to chip damge,(also it make sense because they're golams (Status that become alive with magic))
Idea 3:give them a Recover move.

The only Changes i would Give to regigigas is remove "slow start" and put "sand force" or "protean" in its place.

Are you happy now?!

Its not about being happy, its about following rules. I understand if you are new, but I suggest asking questions in this thread and reading this one.

Justification: Very gross and fat, but passive and can't really sweep outside of a Suicune-esque CM PP stall set.

Def: 110 (+0)
SpA: 80 (+0)
SpD: 110 (+0)
Spe: 100 (+0)

|

|

|

Regirock: Pika Xreme;
optimised Regirock eats hazards and has the potential to be a nice partner for other mons weak to rocks due to Self-Repair (Mega Charizard Y, maybe?). Makes hazards pretty much a non-issue, you don’t need a spinner or a defogger unless Toxic Spikes really keeps you up at night.

No Guard spam with Zap Cannon and Blizzard sounds amazing. Regice spreads paralysis like a viral infection in addition to hitting pretty hard, so it enforces speed control harder than reading a HJK miss. It will never miss with Focus Blast, and Shore Up is a decent recovery option. Run a heat set with Screech/Metal Sound to force reads, then blast away with Zap Cannon. You still need to be wary of mons that can actually OHKO it, and you’ve got to be conservative with your PP as the main moves it can abuse with No Guard only have 8 uses. I also think that its speed tier does not allow it to effectively abuse its own paralysis. Its teammates, though, will certainly appreciate the paralysis spread.

#2 Hanson2003;
Regice’s 110/130/200 bulk is unmatched by any other Ice-type and I’d doubt the need to put max investment into bulk, if other defensive behemoths like Stakataka are anything to go by. Like Pika Xreme’s Regirock, Regice would be given a unique immunity; Frost Absorb would make Regice immune to Haze and stop Refrigerate users dead cold. Also, Magic Guard is Magic Guard. I think one drawback to this optimisation is that Regice would explicitly be a wall and not much else. It still only has Focus Blast and HP Fire to deal with Steel-types, and with limited move additions, it’s not as flexible as it could potentially be. Clefable is its stiff competition as it has Calm Mind, better coverage and better defensive typing. Still an overall solid choice!

Registeel: Honestly, too difficult for me to decide.
Regigigas: #1 leonard (from big bang theory);
a unique typing and move that makes it both a spinblocker and OU’s second physical Ghost type. I think its existence would influence the use of Scrappy Ambipom. Its only competition as physical Ghost would be Decidueye which can trap and has the better setup move. But, Regigigas has better overall bulk and defensive typing, so use whatever your team needs.

See that wall? You can oneshot it. Adaptability Breakneck Blitz is going to break necks and heads will roll. Protean Ice Punch hits Lando-T so hard that visions of a future where it no longer takes the spot as the de facto OU staple flash before its eyes. But I’m pretty sure Regigigas already gets Drain Punch.
