A lot of the suggestions made were really good ones so I agree with almost all of them. For the three that I said no to, Heatran, Mega Swamp, and Excadrill, I only said no because I believe the shift is too extreme and would rather see them not move than see them move too far.

Gyarados to drop to A-: no. Changed my mind after my last post, the support set is great. Support Pokemon would kill to have the combination of Intimidate (does something immediately upon switching in), speed control, Taunt, good defensive typing, and decent Attack. I think it's better than Suicune who is already in A rank.
Hydreigon to drop to A-: no. This is one of those Pokemon that I would objectively argue for A, but then I play it and find it exceeds my expectations. Dragon / Dark typing gives it some very handy resists (including Sucker Punch resist take that Latios), and those combined with decent bulk, high power and a strong movepool make it a force to be reckoned with.

Excadrill to drop to B: no. I can settle for B+ though. Scar Exca can keep many important Pokemon in check, and unlike Lando-T can bypass Wide Guard and has a Fairy-type resist (and also double Rock-type resistance, take that Diancie!).

While i'm here, I believe that Zard-Y should rise to S rank as opposed to just A+. It's easily the best mega in the current meta (yes that includes Kanga and Diancie). Bulky Zard-y can single handedly destroy a majority of the meta on it's own and it's very easy to suppose while simultaneously being very hard to kill. Over the course of SPL it became my favourite mega to use because of the sheer power it has with only 4 sp atk evs. Personally speaking I think it's the best Pokemon in the meta game at the moment, but that's just my 2 cents, do what you want with that.

Hello, for what it's worth I'd support moving Mega Diancie up to S Rank. I am not a big Doubles player, but I laddered for a decent amount of time with Mega Diancie and it was just exceptional. People are using its bulk as an argument, but 50 / 110 / 110 isn't exacty terrible by any means. Sure, its HP isn't amazing, but its bulk is not bad. So far, the only argument against it is its bulk and resistances, but I really think that can be overlooked when you consider that it has 160 / 160 / 110 offenses, and will really just be spamming attacks lol. Diamond Storm is so good and just goes to town. Also, back to te bulk thing, Mega Diancie can get to +2 Defense in just one turn, so you can't call that mediocre. It just felt like an S Rank Pokemon to me, so I will vote yes.

Keldeo to rise to A: Yes. Fast Icy Wind, powerful STAB attacks, also packs Quick Guard. All around solid.
Garchomp to drop to B+: Yes. Unfortunately outclassed by Landorus-T and the additional threats such as Mega Diancie and other Pokemon doesn't make its life easy unfortunately.
Azumarill to rise to A: yes. With support, a Belly Drum setup can be achieved and then the bunny will start wrecking house.
Tyranitar to drop to B: yes RIP Sand. too much Landorus-T and other problems for Ttar.
Mega Gyarados to drop to B+: yes. Cool Pokemon, but weak to a lot of common threats in both regular and mega forms.
Politoed to drop to A: Yes. Rain isn't what it used to be in terms of threat level.
Bisharp to drop to A-: No. Wat, this thing is such a threat, definitely not A-.
Mega Diancie to rise to S: Yes. Monster. Also packs Magic Bounce and has amazing coverage.
Heatran to drop to A-: No. Heatran is way too good of a Pokemon to be dropped to A-.
Gyarados to drop to A-: No Still a solid support Pokemon and doesn't take up a mega slot. Can easily run a DD variant for an additional win condition.
Hydreigon to drop to A-: No. This Pokemon packs way too much power as well as flexibility in terms of coverage/utility moves to be A- even with the 4x weakness to Fairy.
Mega Swampert to drop to B+: Yes mostly underwhelming
Excadrill to drop to B: Yes. Ugh, Tyranitar's viability hurts our mole friend because they basically struggle with the same problems for the most part.

I feel that Genesect should move up into A, into where I do not know, but why I think this is because can support a setup sweeper such as Manaphy with Simple Beam so it gets +6 off of the Tail Glow than the usual 3, making it more of a threat. I also think Manaphy should move up to B- for this reason. It loses Hydration, but Manaphy would still resist Water although losing it's immunity to it.

Genesect doesn't have the bulk to pull that off. Genesect's niche is as a fast mixed attacking choice scarf user. It has base 99 speed, so it outspeeds pretty much everything. While I do think Genesect good I don't think it's A rank good.

Hydration heals status in Rain, it does not provide an immunity. This strategy seems awfully gimmicky. Do you have replays of this in action?
