You'd have to be running max Special Attack Modest Suicune with a Life Orb to 2HKO Mega Venu after Rocks, plus Suicune doesn't exactly have room for coverage on its sets anyway. It also doesn't do much to Amoonguss (it can't outdamage Regenerator uninvested) nor Tentacruel, Breloom and Chesnaught don't like being burned, and Toxicroak isn't exactly common.

Mega Swampert - Ice Punch (Celebi, Breloom, Mandibuzz)
I'm pretty sure standard M-Swampert runs Ice Punch already. In any case, Ice Punch does less than half to Celebi and Mandibuzz is hit harder by Waterfall in rain (You are using it in rain if you're not the Curse set...right?) and is also not 2HKOed by Ice Punch unless you get good rolls after rocks, meaning that Breloom is the only thing that Ice Punch destroys anyways.

This compendium is including not only lures, but also standard coverage--in other words, any attack (or status move in some cases) a Pokemon in this tier would ever want to run. Thus the inclusion of Ice Punch.

If you mean crunch, EQ still forces them out and has use in hitting stuff trying to switch in on a resist. Ttars EQ section alone has like 7 things that could shrug off a dark move.
 
Yeah, EQ still hits them, but these lists should only have mons you can't hit with your STAB, or at the least OHKO. In T-Tar's case, Crunch hits Metagross and Jirachi for 10% more damage than EQ, so unless you are running Earthquake on some defensive set that doesn't have Crunch, they should be removed from that section.

Why does chary have hp rock listed instead of ancientpower?
Check the 3rd page, but Ancient Power gets PP Stalled pretty easily by Talonflame
Knock Off Manaphy for Chansey and possibly AV Users (Torn-T and Raikou) as well
Signal Beam for Raikou and Mega Manectric for Celebi and Hoopa-U
Knock Off Alakazam for Torn-T, Raikou, and Chansey
Crawdaunt uses Superpower to lure Mega Gyarados

I think you shouldn't list what a move hits unless it hits the target harder than STAB and is notable, like Dragonite under Mega Alakazam for Dazzling Gleam, Psychic 2HKOes it anyway so it's pretty unnecessary. There are occasions where a SE Coverage move is better than STAB, like Shadow Ball for Mega Medicham.

I'll probably just focus on making sure stab moves do more than the coverage move, and most of the mons listed resist the usual stab move with a couple of exceptions that I can take out. Also, bludz and I decided to make this a coverage move, so like Mega Diancie can still go under EQ for Mega Charizard X, mainly because it does a lot more than Flare Blitz and Dragon Claw. Also, why'd you take out a lot of coverage moves like Psychic on Manaphy?
