It can also revenge some things since it's pretty strong and check Fairies.

Fuck ninjas.

Magnezone is that type of mon that excels supporting certain mons but outside of that it can be a burden since if it doesnt use its niche then you are better running another electric type. In other to use magnezone effectively you should pair it with stuff that appreciate steel types gone.

A core you could start is with: Mega Altaria, Weavile, Magnezone. Both of these mons appreciate stuff like skarmory, ferrothorn and scizor (mega as well) gone so they could go to town. This idea works with stuff that struggle against steel types generally. If you dont have problems with those, you are better running another electric type.

AV Scizor is a thing? Latias seems the most optimal but I'll elaborate.

I meant a support Mon that fits on Offensive teams and have the capacity to be Specially 0r Mixed defensively
AV Scizor ain't the best Mon to have but in case you're desperate for a Fairy resist, this thing is nice in that case

AV Scizor isn't that good, if you want a steel type AV user, I recommend AV metagross or AV Bisharp.

What's the best ability for Forretress in OU?
Overcoat is kinda redundant, as you can count the amount of pokemon that can put you to sleep in ou on one hand, whereas strudy is handy if you want to definitely live a hit, or for custop or whatever. Sturdy is also good bc it lets you spin on fire types, or even set up more hazards on fire types if you want. Sturdy makes forretress almost an elligible suicide lead.

Sturdy or bust. You can't touch Breloom, Stun Spore is borderline non-existent and you want to get paralyzed anyway for stronger Gyro Balls, Hail is rare as fuck, and you're already immune to Sandstorm.

Hey this is my first Post here in this Overused Forum so don't blame if this question doesn't belong here.
I reached today the ELO Rating of 1350 and I must say that the matches at this rating are pretty tough. I only wanted to know from you guys at which Rating I am count as a good Player ? I heard that 1500+ is pretty good for a Player. :)

And here a general question to you who read this: Do you build the Teams in Pokemon Showdown In-Game too :) ?

A good player's ELO is around 1600, although, it's the GXE that is a true indicator of skill. GXE is basically the winning chance that you have against a random player. A good GXE is around 80

Oh man right now my ELO is at 1290 and my GXE at 55,8 :( Is this bad ?

Certainly, there is room for improvement. I'd suggest starting on a new alt. Try doing like 5 games a day but make sure you win all of them, this helps you to avoid tilt, which is caused by playing too many games in a day

Okay thank you for your Reply :). What should I do when I lose all 5 Games in one day ? make 5 more Games or just Battle the next Day then ?

Like stop as soon as you lose a couple of games at the most, if you ever need help in team-building, etc, hit me up :)

What is an Mega Evolution that is underrated but does very well in reality?
Some of the ones that are B and lower on the viability rankings include Mega Garchomp, Mega Sceptile, Mega Tyranitar, and Mega Houndoom. Some that are C+ and lower include Mega Blastoise, Mega Ampharos, Mega Pidgeot, Mega Absol, Mega Banette, Mega Aggron and Mega Camerupt

Abk1997 Like heaps of people have said, theres a lot of ways to get better. The first thing id recommend is to sign up for tutoring, which is the best chance anybody has to improve. Alteratively, PM someone on Showdown or here even and ask to practise with them, most people are pretty friendly when it comes to helping out.

Where do I go if I want to get feed back on my team but don't feel like the team warrants a long RMT write up? (kinda like a RMT lite) Is it ok to post my team here if I'm just looking for quick feed back?
On another note, how my alts should I have if I want to climb the ladder?

If you have a main battling alt that is generally enough to climb the ladder, but you can have more if necessary. For instance, I have my main alt, my ladder alt, and my team tester alt. Its really up to your preference
