Imo Darkrai with Substitute/Dark Void/Dark Pulse/Sludge Bomb is very good. It saves u from Twaves, magic bouncers and other stuff. It should be A rank.
Xerneas with Block/Geo/Moonblast/Rest can break stalls but isnt good against Offense teams, maybe B or B- rank.
