Freeze clause only prevents more than 1 pokemon being frozen at any given moment. It does not auto-forfeit you for causing the freeze as it is out of your hands.

Yes but I did forget to add it to the OP; so before I post r1 i plan to tag everyone and inform them that T-wave is indeed BANNED. But things such as rock tomb/icy wind are not. :)
