~ The lists are in descending order of the real speed stat
~ The first number in parentheses represents the number of EVs
~ A (+ or -) indicates how the nature affects the speed stat
~ A second number in parentheses represents the number of IVs, 31 is assumed and not written for most Pokemon
~ "At" followed by "+ some number" indicates a stat increase either from a Choice Scarf or a speed-boosting move / ability

Uh… why are Arceus & Mega Salamence, and Scolipede & Mega Lucario, separated when they have the exact same speed, while everyone else is clumped together?

+2 Xerneas with 172 isn't the fastest in the tier. That would be +2 Jolly Mega Blaziken, as it reaches the highest speed.
Though Jolly Blaziken isn't the best, it still outspeeds standard Xerneas which is a niche deserving the mention.

Scarf terrakion is viable; it's an ekiller check and an arceus dark check. Good is another story, but I'd use it any day over something like arceus poison
Heatran gets rocks and checks lati's to an extent, I guess it can soft check things like arceus ghost but it's not good
Goth can probably go, but it does still have a small niche even though it sucks. It can still trap some stuffs u_u

Surprised about scarf lant, tbh. I havent used a scarf set to be honest, but why would I ever do that? A big /draw/ of using lant is /checking/ ekiller and pdon in one mon, but with horrible bulk I think you forgo that. Does scarf really do anything for it? You can't even set rocks with it, which is nice on it too. If I were to use this mon, I wouldnt even think about scarf probably, rather a set that does significant damage mmence, and tanks certain ekiller hits. Maybe I'm missing something, but I think it's near 100% unviable @_@

Can you add Scarf Darkrai to the list? Its not very common (although more common than a few things on your list just by Darkrai's sheer usage) but the fact that it outspeeds +2 Geoxern (running 44 speed EVs) can sometimes take people by surprise.

Another thing that's highly relevant is completely speed uninvested support Arceus.
