Though it did receive a few buffs in ORAS in Knock Off and something else iirc, being that it's unranked in the viability rankings I would say don't waste your time

Before an analysis can be done, the Council needs to decide on whether or not these drops will stay. Only then will the Ernesto-squad decide on how to proceed.
