My opponent and I were scheduled to play (agreed on the time earlier today) and he didn't show up. I've been waiting for over an hour now. Posted again on his profile and he never responded or showed up.

I don't think this is grounds enough for activity. I clearly said "otherwise I can play tomorrow" in my reply to the scheduling post, implying that I foresee the need for a backup time. I also explained the fact that I would be flying on the scheduled day and that I would be landing late at night. Given the pattern of weather over the past few months on the east coast (where I specifically said I was located), flight delays are absolutely possible, pushing my availability out of the scheduled window.
Furthermore, the claim that my opponent waited "over an hour" for me beyond the scheduled time is dubious at best, given that his post claiming an activity win is less than an hour after our tentative scheduled time. He might have been online for an hour, but it is misleading to claim that he waited for me for that long past the scheduled time. Any time spent "waiting for me" before even a tentatively scheduled time should not be considered time spent waiting.
I wish to default to the backup of tomorrow that I proposed as a reply to my opponent's VM. I look forward to getting this game done tomorrow.
