Maybe add Vaporeon under defensive pivots it can easily switch in to eat a hit and baton pass out for initiative

EDIT: Mega Houndoom and sometimes Zoroark run Sucker Punch. It's not standard on every set, but I feel like it might be frequent enough to warrant a spot under priority users, maybe more so on M-Houndoom though.

Consider adding Curse for Other Setup Sweepers, in particular just for Snorlax. Other Curse users aren't all that viable but you may consider M-Aggron, Hippowdon, or Quagsire as possibilities.

Suggesting a Trick Room user section.
Slowking , Bronzong , Diancie , Cresselia , Reuniclus , Uxie as TR users for example.

Wow great list! This will be a huge help to a lot of people. I like how a lot of Dark Horses are included (Lanturn, Virizion).

What about Machqmp as a Choice Band user? It has guts to abuse it even further making it difficult for mons to switch in.

252+ Atk Choice Band Guts Machamp Close Combat vs. 252 HP / 252+ Def Weezing: 153-181 (45.8 - 54.1%) -- 5.9% chance to 2HKO after Black Sludge recovery

Only physically defensive x4 fighting resists could switch in safely on a guts CB champ CC (crobat, granbull, etc..)

Yeah Machamp should definitely be on this list.

you might wanna also add a dedicated lead section with the following mons:

froslass, infernape, azelf, aerodactyl, shuckle

can't really think of any others atm, maybe galvantula? it kinda sucks but eh. sash weak armor omastar is pretty cool too i guess.

Porygon-Z as a Suicide Lead works for punching holes in a lead strategy early.
That doesn't fit the description of a dedicated lead. PorygonZ is a special sweeper, and shouldn't really be used as a lead, it's too risky.

Running a Timid nature gives PZ a good speed boost to 306, Scarf makes it faster. Might be risky, but Adaptability Tri punchs hols in everything before going down and pretty easily one and two shots most offensive leads.
-school so i'm lazy and probably wrong on numbers.

It still doesnt do enough to be considered as a lead. It has zero utility, things like Infernape and Azelf can hit almost as hard and still stop and get up rocks. You can do it for your own teams and take the consequences, positive or negative but its definitely not something that is viable enough to be put up on this list.

You're describing a late-game Scarf Cleaner.

Eh. I prefer to use it right off the bat to just slam things fast and hard, since I typically use ESpeed Lucario for that but I suppose it'd work for that.

Would medicham (and mega medicham, but that's gonnna get banned pretty quickly) fit under wallbreakers? Not much really wants to switch into a life orb high jump kick, unless your name is cresselia

I wouldn't use smogon at school

I don't think it's the best lead, far from it, but pz sounds like as good as a lead as xatu is a physical wall and that's listed.

I am in favor of making these roles as expansive as possible and making sure even slightly viable pokemon get listed on because although it will make it harder to see which ones are really good for that role it should be easy enough for a semi knowledgeable user still and having extra options never hurts

that's cause of magic bounce though...

edit: and even that's a stretch. PZ is not a lead.

Hello.

Porygon-Z isn't a lead. Looking at koko's (initial) list, you'll see that many pack hazards and/or Taunt. Leads tend to get up hazards and prevent the opponent from getting theirs up early. That is not to say that you can't use Porygon-Z as a lead, but it is simply a wallbreaker that you lead off with. You can lead with anything. What koko suggested is dedicated leads, which obviously P-Z wouldn't fall in to.

I'd argue that Trick could be useful, it really only helps in stopping certain things from stalling. I figured a lead could be anything that lead a team, and I was incorrect so I'll stand down.

I've removed Xatu from the list of physical walls. In the future please put a little more nuance in your posts regarding inclusion/exclusion.

This list has been updated up until christo's comment. Feel free to keep suggesting things but be aware that the OP and myself will be deciding ultimately what we add to this list so don't feel 'hard done by' if we don't find your suggestion viable in the UU metagame.
