EDIT: I'm so sorry about all those mistakes...I almost always forget abilities, I really need to work on that. They should all be correct now, I hope.
 
Yeah...all kinds of wrong in that reffing.

First off, Drought is automatic and takes 10 energy on Ninetale's part to use.

Because of sun, all fire attacks have 3 more BAP.

Also because of sun, Pyroak has chlorophyll enabled, which doubles its speed to 104, which is faster than Ninetale's, meaning that the earthquake gets off.

Furthermore, the earthquake calculation is 17.25, not 17, and rock slide is 14.25. this matters because at the end of the round when you round the damage, it goes up one point than if you took off the .25s in the initial damage calculation.

Because Pyroak moved before Ninetales, you also need to roll for rock slide flinching on a3.

EQ is disabled for 4 more actions, not 5.

So yeah all these need to be fixed.

Trace the Pyroak expects Kyuu the Ninetails to use a powerful attack, so Protects himself from damage. His predictions reigns true as Kyuu uses Fire Blast, but Trace protected himself well. Trace suffers some Fire Spin damage. Trace uses a super-effective Earth Power on Kyuu. A powerful Mega Fire Blast erupts from Kyuu's mouth, causing Trace a lot of damage. Trace gets even more damage through Fire Spin. Trace then retaliates with a Rock Slide, hitting for super-effective damage. Kyuu sits and waits for death to come, but it never does. Trace finally breaks free of Fire Spin.

the combo fails due to not having enough base energy. The energy is still expended though.
