Stat boosts and drops are now applied depending on a Pokemon's order of stats, from highest to lowest. HP, Evasion, and Accuracy are excluded.​

Zero Sum Metagame

When Pokemon take damage and lose a percentage of health, the opposing Pokemon heals the same percentage of health. When Pokemon heal a percentage of its health, the opposing Pokemon loses the same percentage of health.​
