I think that you should switch Vaporeon for Slowbro and Claydol for Donphan (Donphan is just overall better). Otherwise, I'd say it's a pretty decent team.

I think EQ its also to strike Tyranitar, which in weaker in defense instead of special Def.
Why don't you try ChoiceSkarf over ChoiceBand on Victini? Just to have the possibility to strike two times under sun, with the band after V-Create you become slow and often you can't shoot the second V-create!
Lets try, you don't loose 1HKOs because under sun Victini its 1HKO also against Chuck Norris!

I added Ice Beam to Claydol so I can pop the balloon. I really don't need to worry to much about those 2 thanks to Claydol's resistances.

I used to use Scarf Victini and I am now going to switch him back to it. I only have one fast mon and it has to have sun out. The Scarf allows me a safe revenge kill. I decided to try Band Victini because I have it in my offensive version.
