OU Dragonair

Aside from dragonite, Dragonair is the only pokemon with both wrap and an 100% paralysis move. Which means that if you want a second wrap + paralysis spreader as a partner to Dragonite, you need to choose between Victreebel, Arbok and Dragonair. Even if you don't choose Dragonair as a second partner, you might choose him in a 3 or even 4 parawrap team.
