General idea
Do you like playing spectrier? Are you sad beause blissey and hydreigon exist? Boy do I have the set for you! This set uses the power of psychology to lure out all of the above and murder it reliably. The general idea is that once people see your big scary "special attacking breaker nidoking" they will send out blissey or hydreigon as very good special walls to check it. Because you expect this, you whirlpool on the switch. That poor blissey is now trapped, and is about to have the time of it's life. Because other superpower sets try to take blissey out, but this one abuses it in new and fascinating ways! ok, anyways the blissey is trapped, next you taunt it so it can't teleport or heal, set up spikes or rocks and end it with a super power. So not only did you lure blissey, you actually set up hazards on it and then ko'd it. Its a similair story with hydreigon, except since it tends to run earth power, you probably won't be able set up hazards on it unless its very slightly chipped, when you can click hazards as it's coming in and then superpower it. Other spectrier checks and counters that this thing hits are tyranitar and heatran, but those probably wont come out against your nido like hydreigon and blissey. it also packs both hazards and taunt which makes it workable as a regular hazard setter which can stop defog. Use stealth rock, or if you already have it, tspikes. uninvested nidoking has 303 health, which lets it survive 3 stosses from blissey, so you can taunt, get stossed, tspikes, get stossed, tspikes, get stossed, ko it with superpower which leaves you at 3 hp, or dead after LO recoil. Poison point is used for 2 reasons: 1. no moves benefit from sheer force and much more importantly 2. if your opponent brings out a revenge killer after you got weakened from stosses/earth powers just to watch it get poisoned just to take out your low hp nidoking, there is a good chance they will rage quit and/or get an aneurysm.
Basically after this happens, you have hazards up and/or the opponents best answer to spectrier is gone which leaves it in a great position.
some calcs:
252+ Atk Life Orb Nidoking Superpower vs. 164 HP / 0 Def Hydreigon: 346-408 (94.5 - 111.4%) -- 68.8% chance to OHKO
252+ Atk Life Orb Nidoking Superpower vs. 252 HP / 252+ Def Blissey: 575-676 (80.5 - 94.6%) -- guaranteed 2HKO
252+ Atk Life Orb Nidoking Superpower vs. 252 HP / 0 Def Heatran: 302-356 (78.2 - 92.2%) -- guaranteed 2HKO after Leftovers recovery
252+ Atk Life Orb Nidoking Superpower vs. 252 HP / 0 Def Tyranitar: 588-691 (145.5 - 171%) -- guaranteed OHKO
These sets are picked up from the base damage calc site so I guess they are representative of what you will run into on the ladder. Also note that for blissey tran and hydreigon the small amount of damage of residual and straight up damage by whirlpool actually does turn them into OHKOes, which i think is both divine providence and really hilarious. there is a very small chance you wont be able to KO blissey if you get absolute garbage rolls from whirlpool and 1 superpower, but it cant heal so whatevs, just superpower it again.
85% of the time, it works 100% of the time
EVs and item
item, nature and EVs are made specifically to unleash the strongest possible superpower while still being able to switch moves. speed is for more reliably getting rocks up against things that are we are not trapping.
Teammates
This mon should be used on HO teams with spectrier as it's wincon. Other members shouldnt be specially based, so the blissey feels safe to come in since it thinks it will only have to check nidoking and spectrier.
P.S.: you probably dont actually want to name it blissey murderer since it might tip off people what it's used for.
