OU RMT

So I made this OU team, and to me, it looks alright, but to everyone else, it could look like rubbish. So, here is my second RMT:
The Team:

448.png
230.png

In depth:
482.png

Azelf @ Light Clay
Jolly Levitate
252 HP/ 4 SpD/ 252 Spe
Reflect
Light Screen
Stealth Rocks
Taunt
So, this is my lead, running Dual Screens for me, and setting up the Rocks. I would rather have it set up Rocks then Explode in someone's face, because I have no other form of entry hazard on the team, and some Pokemon enjoy others racking them up to help for the KO. I used Screens instead of standard for two reasons. One, the more personal, I like the security of having a Def and SpD boost for trying to set up DD, SD, Curse, etc. Second, I have Pokemon trying to set those up on my team, so if I decide to switch right to them, they have extra defense.

197.png

Umberon @Leftovers
Sassy Synchronize
252 HP/ 200 Atk/ 56 SpD
Curse
Payback
Wish
Protect
In any other circumstance, I would have opted Umbreon out for T-tar, or another Dark type like Honchkrow. But, as I am not exploding Azelf, Umbreon is here to stay. OK, so a Pokemon comes out, and uses Crunch on my poor Azelf, and I have only set up Light Screen so far (a stretch, but for me, it has happened) so, instead of letting Azelf just die, cause I would like to set up screens later on in the match if need be, I send out Umbreon to take a 1/2 damage to that. So, now, if it is Banded, it will switch out into something with a Fighting move, while I either Curse or Wish, depending on what I am predicting. If I predict right, I can go back to Azelf, or another Pokemon, heal any damage with Wish, and continue from there. In any other case, I Curse and start a Stall.

94.png

Gengar @Life Orb
Timid Levitate
4 Def/ 252 SpA/ 252 Spe
Substitute
Pain Split
Shadow Ball
Focus Blast
And we have now moved on to the second choice for what to switch to after Umbreon. As it will only fear Fighting and Bug moves, and Gengar can take both, as can Umbreon it's weakness of Shadow and Dark, it can come in, set up the Sub, and sweep. Without the Dual Screens up, this can be a bit of a pain, but the Screens make it even harder to take out, and when it can, Pain Split or attack.

448.png

Lucario @Life Orb
Adamant Inner Focus
252 Atk/ 4 Def/ 252 Spe
Swords Dance
Close Combat
ExtremeSpeed
Bullet Punch
Here we are at the main physical attacker of this team, Lucario. It has the common Swords Dance, Close Combat, and Extreme Speed, and I have decided on Bullet Punch because it is my only way I will be taking out any Choice Scarfed T-Tar's, plus the drop from Close Combat can be a risk at times, so it is always nice to have that second method of destruction. It can absorb Ghost moves for Gengar nicely, and Dark moves would go to him if Umbreon is down and out, and hope it isn't strong enough to KO me. His weakness to Ground and Fighting are covered by Gengar and Azelf depending on who I should switch to, and his weakness to fire is later countered by Kingdra.

230.png

Kingdra @ Life Orb
Naughty Swift Swim
252 Atk/ 240 SpA/ 16 Spe
Rain Dance
Waterfall
Surf
Draco Meteor
This Kingdra is a mixed and it will come in and set up the Rain Dance (No harm if I have to switch out, as I have no fire moves on this team), and proceed to sweep. If it is any Dragon, it will hit it with the Draco Meteor, going first unless it is another Kingdra, or a something with Choice Scarf. Then, the next Pokemon will come in, hit with Waterfall, and it will continue this untill it is KOed, or I switch out (Like I needed to say that).

242.png

Blissey @Leftovers
Bold Natural Cure
252 HP/ 252 Def/ 4 Spe
Aromatherapy
Softboiled
Seismic Toss
Thunder Wave
Finally, we have Blissey. She is your average Cleric Blissey, who's main purpose is in case Gengar is Paralyzed, or put to sleep. It also can cover everyone else on the team, but her main reason is Gengar. If Lucario is Paralyzed, oh well, I have priority on all but Close Combat, so as long as I got the SD first, it isn't too big a deal. Kingdra and Azelf it could present problems, but Azelf won't be used unless Screens are desperately needed, so oh well. Umbreon is going to be slow as it is, so it once again doesn't matter, and it will only inconvenience through Para Haxs. Then, if needed, she can Paralyze something, or just start Seismic Tossing, healing off any damage with Softboiled, and recovering from any status using Aromatherapy, or simply switching out.

Specs Kingdra? You probably should run a DD Kingdra instead, to take advantage of screen support.
Kingdra @lum berry
Admanant 6HP/252Attack/252Speed
Rest/Waterfall/Dragon Dance/Outrage
I trust you know how it works. DD, rest, sweep.

This team has a few glaring weaknesses:

One, running both Dual Screens and Stealth Rock on Azelf is not very good. Azelf's fragility makes it usually die within the first few turns. Plus it is very weak to Aero and 'Trode's Taunts. If you want more of a reliable Dual Screener, why not try Uxie. A Uxie set with Reflect / Light Screen / U-Turn / Stealth Rock allows you to easily set up all three at the beginning and mid-game with the help of Umbreon's Wish support. It's reliability is very much better than Azelf becuase it only takes ~ 25% from T-tar's Crunch. U- Turn is great for escaping Azelf and Aero's oncoming Taunt, as it breaks their Sash.
Just try it out.

Maybe try Jirachi over Umbreon? Jirachi has considerable bulk to let is take a neutral Crunch. You could try a Wish-Calm Mind Jirachi as it gives you another special Sweeper and still have Wish support. Not much else to say but try it and see how ith works.

Gengar looks good, and so does Lucario. Kingdra has good Synergy with the rest of the team, but the rest of the team does really not benifit from Rain Dance. So I recommened you use Mixdra of it with Outrage / Draco Meteor / Waterfall / Ice Beam. it would help with Dragonite a lot. It can also decieve the opponent into thinking you are Physical or Special.

Nice team, and good luck

I mostly agree with Dr. John's idea's - especially with mixed Kingdra.

Because Kingdra is most commonly used in Rain Dance teams, I was a little surprised to see it here. But after looking into it, I realized that it's actually not a bad choice. The one thing I would consider doing is putting in 8 extra speed EVs to outrun max speed Gyarados (without a boost) or 4 EVs off to outrun the next threat list (you should look at this page - it helps me a lot.

The only other thing is that Scarf Rotom-H seems to be a large threat for your team. I know from using it that it outruns your entire team, except Kingdra in the rain (note Bullet Punch doesn't do much damage at all) and it can reliably OHKO out Gengar and Lucario between Shadow Ball and Overheat respectively and can 2HKO Azelf (and Uxie for reference). It can also really hurt Jirachi (again, for reference). Granted, you do have Payback on Umbreon, but I'm not going to keep a Rotom-H on an Umbreon, unless I have reason to believe it has Pursuit (even then... Umbreon doesn't have great attack). Kingdra works as a counter because of it's general bulk and STAB Dragon Meteor. Anyway, just be careful.

If you must know, the only reason I used Rain Dance Kingdra is because it wouldn't hurt anyone on my team. No one has Flamethrower, HP Fire, Fire Blast, and it give Kingdra a nice Speed boost with Swift Swim, allowing it to outspeed things, which is obviously what I want it to do.

And I have to ask a question. Now I know it may seem stupid, but how is a Rotom, even if it is Scarfed, going to hit me while I am behind a Sub? Does it have the magical power to do that? I have a LO, STABed Shadow Ball with that poor Rotom's name on it, which will OHKO, so I haven't to worry about it, cause as it breaks the Sub, I take out all it's HP. It can't have a Focus Sash due to it having Specs, and if it doesn't KO, I switch into something that resists it. Probably Lucario, then it has a +2 Atk, because as they switch to a Lucario counter, I just Swords Dance up, and they are in trouble.
