OU Team - Noob Here , Need Advice :)

Here is my current team. I have some other Pokes in my PC but I'm not sure how they would fare on my team.

Lead:

Swampert @ Leftovers
Relaxed - Torrent
EV's : 252 HP / 6 Attack / 252 Defense

Moves:
~Roar
~Earthquake
~Ice Beam
~Stealth Rock

Why this Pokemon?
- I feel that with my Starmie's weakness to Electric types, I need a ground type somewhere in my team. I used to use a Scarf Flygon , but it seems that I have moved on from it, although I am not sure if I need him back or not.

Why this Move set?
- Normal stealth rock lead. Use Roar on occasion, but lately it hasn't been helping me too much

Sp. Attack Sweeper:

Starmie @ Choice Specs
Timid - Natural Cure
EV's : 255 Sp. Attack / 4 Sp. Def / 251 Speed

Moves:
~T-Bolt
~Surf
~Psychic
~Ice Beam

Why this Pokemon?
- My Special Attack sweeper. Good coverage with the types. Runs into a dead end when it sees Blisseys. When I know my opponent is switching, then it gets a bit tricky. I usually use Psychic for neutral damage.

Why this Moveset?
- Covers all the bases with the 4 moves. Specs can hurt me at times however. Considering Orb, but I might be investing in too many Orbs as you will see later.

Steel Trapper:
Magnezone @ Leftovers
Naive - Magnet Pull
EV's: 40 Attack / 252 Sp. Attack / 216 Speed

Move Set:
~Substitute
~Hidden Power Grass
~T-Bolt
~Explosion

Why this Pokemon?
- Its funny how I ended up putting him on my team. My friend who I've been battling a lot lately has a very good synergy with Blissey and Skarmory walling each other while he has very good sweepers who come in (Gengar, Jolteon , Gyarados, Mamowsine). I thought I'd trap his Skarmory with Magnezones special ability, but ends up I get owned with his Shed Shell.

Why this Moveset?
- Normal steel trap set. I guess its only great use for is now against Scizor's.. However when I do see Skarmory's, I still can Substitute and hit twice. Again runs into walls with Blissey when he switches in, no choice to Explode and lose him.

Physical Attacker:
Scizor @ Life Orb
Naughty - Technician
EV's : 4 HP / 253 Attack / 253 Speed

Moveset:
~Bullet Punch
~Bug Bite
~Swords Dance
~Brick Break

Why this Pokemon?
- I love its raw power and with Swords Dance it can hit anyone for very big damage. A bit frail after taking Life Orb damage.

Why this move set?
Swords Dance to up its power, then usually Bullet away. Runs into walls with Skarmory. Usually get time to use one Danced Brick Break before Whirlwind.

Tank:
Dusknoir @ Leftovers
Relaxed - Pressure
EV's :4 HP / 242 Def / 252 Sp Def / 2 Speed
Moves:
~Will-o-wisp
~pain split
~shadow sneak
~thunderpunch

Why this Pokemon?
- Huge tank, can take hits of all kinds. Can hit Gengar for some good damage, although most will switch out. Loves to burn the foes Physical sweeper

Why this moveset?
- Usual moveset for Dusk, cripple the attacker, hopefully heal with split

Physical Sweeper:
Salamence @ Life Orb
Adamant - Intimidate
EV's : 6 HP / 252 Attack / 252 Speed

Moves:
~Dragon Dance
~Outrage
~Fire blast
~Earthquake

Why this Pokemon?
- Most power on my team. Fragile though to Ice Sharders and Choice Punchers. Helps me get rid of Blisseys if Scizor cannot. Good coverage with the Fire move to knock out some Skarmory.

Why this moveset?
- Dragon Dance and just straight up attack. My strategy is always to use one Dragon Dance then start Outraging. If successful it can usually take 2-3 pokemon out.

Any opinions and input of who I should replace or fix would be greatly appreciated. Some pokemon I'm having trouble killing are teams with both Blissey and Skarmory.

My friends specific team is Gyarados, Skarmory, Blissey, Gengar, Jolteon, and Mamoswine.

1) Tyranitar CB/Revenge Killer(?)
2) Blissey Staller / Status Inducer / Cleric (?)
3) Skarmory Staller
4) Mamoswine Sweeper
5) Azelf Lead
6) Dragonite (DD + ESpeed)
7) Infernape (N.Plot + V. Wave)
8) Jolteon (Sp . Attack Sweeper)
9) Machamp (Lead)

If you could put each pokemon in a format like this it will be much easier to rate:

Swamoert @ Leftovers
Relaxed - Torrent
EVs: 252 HP / 4 Atk / 252 Def
Moves:
~Roar
~Ice Beam
~Earthquake
~Stealth Rock
Explanation:

You may also want to increase your writing a bit on Starmie and Salamence

Also refer to the smogon Analysis for the Salamence set.

Thanks. I'm glad people are giving me input on how to make the rating process easier.

Did I fix it okay?
