• What do think was the main/inspiring idea/goal that Stathakis had when building this team

I think that he mostly just wanted to build around mega medicham as a lot of teams are not prepared for it due to its lack of usage compared to the other megas.

• Is there a discernible core that he tried to build around?

Probably mega medicham + bisharp, It's a very threatening core to many team archtypes due to the two mons priority synergy and the raw power of medicham and the power of sharp after a swords dance.

• What are the strong points of the team?

Mainly the surprise factor that some of his sets posses.

• What are the weak spots?

Being kinda weak to opposing bisharp and latis, also being weak to manaphy sort of.

• How could his use of certain EV/moveset twists help his team vs specific threats or archetypes?

He already does this with things such as jolly sharp, thunderpunch mega cham and rotoms spread.
