[OU Team] Without a Theme

Introduction
Okay, this team was created because the metagame was changing a lot and my old team(s) couldn't keep up with everything. Like always, I throw together pokemon that work well together, test it out, then change the team accordingly. Well here we go.

Lum Berry
No Guard
240 HP/248 Atk/16SDef/4Spe
Adamant
-DynamicPunch
-Stone Edge
-Bullet punch
-Payback

This is a Anti-lead Machamp that's suppose to help gain momentum early in the game by killing off the opponents lead. Dynamicpunch for every thing that doesn't resist it. Stone edge for flying types and payback for psychics/ghosts. Bullet punch for sashed leads.

- Payback + bullet punch should deal with it nicely.
vie6xi.jpg
- Stone edge + bullet punch kills it off.

dpicon260.png
- Dynamicpunch 3HKOs it, confusion helps

dpicon376.png
- Dyanmicpunch then switch to rotom for explosion

dpicon385.png
- This lead isn't a lead i like to fight. Most are scarfed and will wana iron head me to death, so I'll just go to heatran and set up

dpicon392.png
-Dynamicpunch + Bullet punch takes care of it.

dpicon068.png
- Dynamicpunch 2HKOs. I might change speed EVs just to outrun him.
dpiconani291.gif
-Hmm, hadn't fought this guy b4. I guess I can stone edge until he is in range of a bullet punch ko. Or I can go to gyarados and taunt it.
dpiconani407.gif
- Stone edge + bullet punch. Lum berry for sleep powder and lead storm cannot KO.

-Lol.

Shuca Berry
Flash Fire
252SAtk/252Spe/4Def
Naive
-Flamethrower
-Earth power
-Stealth rock
-Explosion

Heatran, the guy that's on my every team. He provides my team with stealth rock and for obvious reasons. Flamethrower is my main weapon. Earth power for other heatrans that likes to switch in on a fire attack. Explosion to take out another poke with him when he's low on hp and blisseys that want to wall him. Shuca berry helps me take EQ's and Earth powers from other heatran and retaliate. It also grants the useful fire immunity and a good scizor check.

Leftovers
Serene Grace
252Atk/252Spe/4Def
Jolly
-Iron Head
-Fire punch
-Thunder-Wave
-Substitute

This is the "standard" set for jirachi. This is extremely annoying to face, so if you can't beat them, join them. Iron Head is my main attack with a 60% chance of flinching them. Fire punch for steel types. Thunder wave to slow down switch ins. Substitute to scout after they switch, which is very easy to do. General strategy here is to sub, twave, and iron head or switch.

Leftovers
Levitate
252HP/68Def/188Spe
Timid
-Thunderbolt
-Shadow Ball
-Will-O-Wisp/Substitute
-Pain split

It doesn't really matter which Rotom I use since i don't use its signature move. Thunderbolt is its main way of attacking and shadow ball gives it great coverage. Pain split helps me regain hp for rotom without resorting to rest. I can't decide between sub and WoW. Sub helps protect me from status from the likes of Blissey. But WoW helps me stop lucario, but my salamence can usually help it. I think I am gonna stick with sub. Rotom is my counter to gyarados and my spin blocker while dishing out constant damage because it causes to much switches. This rotom is faster than most rotom so I can KO them b4 they KO me. PS couldnt find a good color for rotom so. Pink is manly. ^^

Leftovers
Intimidate
156HP/72Atk/96Def/184Spe
Adamant
-Dragon dance
-Taunt
-Waterfall
-Bounce

BulkyGyara, love it. He can switch into many pokemon and start to set up with dragon dance. Intimidate helps with this too. Taunt is for stall teams and PHazers like skarmory and hippowdon. Waterfall is my main option of attack. Bounce along with waterfall is a great combonation which is only resisted by 2 pokemon. Not much to say about this guy besides shutting down walls, stall, and sometimes sweep.

Life orb
Intimidate
16Atk/252Spe/216SAtk
Naive
-Draco Meteor
-Flamethrower
-Earthquake
-Outrage

Yup, New Mixmence. This is the only pokemon on my team with a life orb. Its job is to kill stall and deal damage to everything he can touch. Draco meteor to destroy anything that comes in that's not steel or Blissey. Flamethrower for steels like skarmory. Earthquake for other steels and fire,rock......and poison. Outrage for special walls like blissey. Also for good damage after -2 or -4 SAtk.
Dragon-Jirachi,Heatran
Ice-See Dragon.
Rock-Machamp,Jirachi

Final words

Well, that's my team. Have fun rating it and don't turn it into trash. :)

Well, against metagross, they will meteor mash for the 2HKO, not explode, but it doesn't make a difference because you don't want to switch heatran in yet.

The main problem I see is stealth rock and DDmence. After a DD, how do you stop it? Jirachi is 2HKOd by a +1 outrage and takes 80% from a +0 one after intimidate. Some even carry lum so the t-wave won't help. The easy solution to this is a scarfed starmie, which can rapid spin, revenge kill gyarados, salamence, DDtar, ect while spinning away SR that really hurts your team:

Starmie@Choice Scarf
40 Hp/252 SpA/216 Spe
Timid
-Rapid Spin
-Hydro Pump/surf
-Ice Beam
-Thunderbolt/trick.

Pretty solid team though.

Outspeeds +1 base 110s. Unlike other scarfers, starmie doesn't become useless after being hit by t-wave, so you have yourself a never cripped revenge killer who is relatively bulky.

You could replace rotom, because gyarados and salamence both handle luke well, and this has excellent synergy with heatran, soaking up water and fighting while gyarados and mence take ground. Also resists psychic from machamp. Not to mention you can set up on a pursuit and get a sweep.

Your team seems pretty solid, although you might have some problems from a ScarfTar that uses Stone Edge, seeing as 3 of your pokemon are weak to rock, and slower than ScarfTar. Also, I would reccomend changing Flamethrower on Mence to Fire Blast. The accuracy drop doesn't seem to affect me to bad, but the extra damage has saved me from a few losses. As for rotom, you should use the Lawn Mower one... he looks the coolest XD. And I would use WoW over Substitute, because you might end up having a bit of trouble if a Lucario can set-up a Swords Dance or two. And as a final note, try replacing Taunt on Gyarados with Earthquake. It might help you deal with Steel types (mainly Lucario) a little easier.

SR I'm not sure if I care about it since salamence suppose to come in, and punchholes while gyarados comes in on walls and taunt and set up and deal damage. For DDmence, I can lure it into an outrage and explode with heatran, but most don't carry lum berry but that can be a problem. Gyarados goes to rotom and DDtar is handles by jirachi. Also a locked starmie is pursuit bait for Tar.

And Atlasquake,
Well, only 2 is weak to Rock, and jirachi can force tar out and paralyze what comes in and do its job. Jirachi also handles lucario with fire punch, and yes the lawn mower one is the coolest :)

you're missing 8 evs on machamp ;) put them into speed, or better yet, take another 4 from attack and put twelve in speed to always outspeed other machamp leads, since they're so common

Also a locked starmie is pursuit bait for Tar.

This is actually the point. After revenge killing a +1 salamence/gyarados, they pursuit, locking them to a 40 base power dark move. A -1 pursuit from scarftar or CBscizor does nothing to salamence or gyarados, giving you free setup with their counter eliminated.

For DDmence, I can lure it into an outrage and explode with heatran, but most don't carry lum berry but that can be a problem. Gyarados goes to rotom and DDtar is handles by jirachi.

Your heatran takes 56% minimum from a +1 naive outrage. No time to explode there. Gyarados is fine, but watch out for pursuiting ttar that commonly go with gyarados. DD tar can KO your jirachi with EQ or fire punch, dealing 101% min with a +1 EQ.

I'll consider it but who do I take out?

Considering you don't have spikes to protect and can easily stop luke with gyarados or salamence, rotom would be taken out. That rotom is also a little weak to keep up with the offense of your team, and scarfing it would not solve your DDmence problem. Remember, scarfed starmie attack DDdos or DDmence is not expected to be scarfed, so it nabs you a kill most of the time, ending their sweeper.

Ice Punch over Stone Edge is definitely something to consider on Machamp. Ice Punch's main selling points are the ability to beat Lead Gliscor and Lead Roserade while still hitting being able to take on Aerodactyl. Ice Punch still hits Flying types for Super Effective damage like Stone Edge does.

Salamence is this team's biggest threat without any doubt. MixMence has enough Speed to out-speed 5/6 members of your team and tying with Jirachi. It can get rid of Jirachi and Heatran with Earthquake and then proceed to devastate the rest with Outrage or Draco Meteor. While Dragon Dance Salamence doesn't have many opportunities to set-up, if does get a DD by forcing something out or setting up on a resisted move on a Tricked Pokemon, it can sweep your team clean. With the lack of a Choice Scarf Pokemon or priority, what I feel this team lacks is pure Speed. In fact, fast attackers such as Latias and Jolteon can trouble your team especially Life Orb versions. If it packs HP Fire or Thunderbolt or Surf to hit Jirachi for neutral damage, LO Latias, Calm Mind Latias and any version of it can be dangerous. In order to remedy those issues, I would reccomend using a Choice Scarf Jirachi instead of your current Jirachi moveset and using a set of Iron Head | Ice Punch | Thunder Punch | Zen Headbutt with a Jolly Nature and 4 HP / 252 Atk / 252 Spe. This set will give you extra insurance against several threats mainly Salamence, Latias, Gyarados, Infernape and Jolteon.

Good Luck
