So my friends have gotten fed up of losing to me in singles so they've asked me to do some triple battles, I'm new to triples I've never done them before so all help would be greatly appreciated. I'm not sure if team building and sets are the same in triples as I've just applied my own knowledge of OU to this team. Anyway here it is:
Weaville@Focus sash
Nature: Jolly
Ability: Pressure
Evs: 4Hp | 252 Atk | 252Speed
Moves: Beat Up | Ice Shard | Ice Punch | Low Kick
His job is to use Beat up on my terrakion giving terrakion a +6 boost thanks to Justified, Ice Shard is for the scarf dragons, Ice punch Is a nice stab and Low kick is for coverage, Focus sash makes sure he gets beat up off weaville is fast but he doesnt like bullet punch or mach punch.

Evs: 4Hp | 252 Atk | 252Spe
Moves: Rock Slide | Close Combat | Protect
The star of the show!! Terrakion is my favorite 5th Gen pokemon and I use him as a revenge killer on a lot of my teams a +6 STAB, Rock Gem'd rock slide with a helping hand boost murders everything and terrakion is quite fast so he only has to about mach punchers scizor and the odd lucario with bullet punch scarfed dragons can be a problem but thats what ice shard is for, close combat and stone edge are self-explanatory and what better move to use in the 4th slot than protect? at +6 coverage isnt as important :P

Evs: 4Hp | 252 Sp.Atk | 252 Spe
Moves: Helping Hand | Draco Meteor | Hiddenpower Fire | Protect
My favorite pokemon from 3rd gen ^_^ he's one of the fastest pokemon that getting helping hand and I chose him because hes my favorite, because we cant use choice specs because of helping hand and Latios isn't as bulky as its twin a dragon gem'd Draco meteor is nothing to scoff ar hp fire is for coverage and protect is fine for buying a turn if weavile has to kill a scarfed dragon for me.
Thats my opening 3 after that I switch into a sun team

Nature: Timid
Ability:Drought
Evs: 4Hp | 252 Sp.Atk | 252 Spe
Moves: Solarbeam | Fire Blast | Hiddenpower Ice | Psyshock
I always prefered arcanine to ninetales in r/b/y but drought is necessary for my team, I cant decide between life orb or specs the latter would probably be better because it will probably just die instantaneously maxed out speed and special attack the moves could use some work but I got lazy because I don't expect it to do much more than set up sun

Ability:Chloropyll
Evs:4Hp | 252 Sp.Atk | 252 Spe
Moves: Solar Beam | Sludge Bomb | HP Fire | Giga drain
Its naive simply because thats the only one I have that can't be changed
because its triples I doubt I'll have time for a growth so I slapped on a choice specs instead its move pool is limited I just chose giga drain because it could grant a little recovery

Flare blitz+sheer force+STAB+Sun=Dead I chose hammer arm over superpower because I'd rather his speed fell than his attack and defense as you can see my team is all about power xD rock slide gets a sheer force boost so why not U-turn is just filler really its not going to be used I suppose if I sense a scald or a hydro pump coming I could u-turn into venasaur but flareblitz should be a 2HKO no matter who it is apart from flash fire people(DAMN YOU HEATRAN!!) and super power kills those anyway.
So that's my team, any fixes? again I've never triple battle before but I used the beat-up terrakion in doubles before and it was godlike, Should I consider a faster helping hand mon? and any tips for those of you who have triple battled before? I will be gratefull for any help but I ask that you be constructive and please explain any changes you recommend as I'm quite stubborn I wont change it if I don't understand why ^_^
