For this particular team, I wanted to have some kind of balance, because on most of the teams I have made in the past I have lost to lack of offense, defense, and the like. Although, I have some choices that I need to make - that's where you lovely people come in and RMT! But, let's cut to the chase, here's my team:

Changes and/or Edits will be made in BROWN.

The Anti-Lead/Starter
53.png

Persian - Wide Lens
Technician
Jolly - 4HP / 252 Atk / 252 Spe
Taunt
U-Turn
Hypnosis
Fake Out

Pretty Standard-ish if you ask me, I chose Persian because it was one of the most fast Taunt users in this OU/UU metagame. I was also considering Electrode over this pokemon, but I decided not to since Persian can learn Fake Out and U-turn, and on top of that Persian provides Hypnosis Support. Persian usually gets walled by steels like Bronzong, Steelix, and Skarmory. But Persian is fast enough to make these iron heads sleep before Persian is touched. Against Steels (including lead steels), the plan would probably be to Fake Out/Taunt, Hypnosis, then U-Turn out to something that can take out or wall the steel, like Dragonite or Snorlax. P.S, Wide Lens is for Hypnosis.

The Great Wall of Sinnoh
143_snorlax_1_m.png

Snorlax - Leftovers
Thick Fat
Careful - 168 HP / 120 Def / 220 SpD
Curse
Body Slam
Rest
Earthquake / FirePunch / ThunderPunch / Crunch

The most standard your standard Curselax can get. I really dont know what to choose for his last move. EQ takes care of T-tar and Metagross, FPunch/TPunch takes care of flying pokemon, especially Skarmory, and Crunch takes care of Ghosts and Psychics like Gengar and Azelf. I think Curse-Walls generally pwn. 1 of 2.

The Revenge Killer
149.png

Dragonite - Choice Scarf
Inner Focus
Lonely - 112 Atk / 156 SpA / 240 Spe
Draco Meteor / Ice Beam
Outrage / Dragon Claw
Earthquake / Superpower
T-Bolt / Flamethrower / Fire Blast / Ice Beam

Lordddd, I really just cannot make up my mind on this set. Help with this big guy, please..

The Special Sweeper
094_gengar_1_m.png

Gengar - Life Orb / Leftovers
Levitate
Timid - 4 Def / 252 SpA / 252 Spe
Shadow Ball
Focus Blast / Energy Ball
Thunderbolt / Energy Ball
HP Fire

This standard Gengar has been used on every single one of my teams consecutively and it has been a powerhouse for me. Gengar has Shadow Ball for a STAB special move, Focus Blast for type coverage (T-tar, Dark types), Thunderbolt for Gyarados, and HP Fire for Steels like Skarmory, Steelix, and Metagross who think they can Wall me. The reason I put [/ Energy Ball] there, is to take out Swampert. Swampert has really been pissing me off lately because they are the cause of my losses, lately. Maybe twinking Focus Blast or Thunder Bolt for Energy Ball might change that.

The Mixed Wall
197_umbreon_1_m.png

Umbreon - Leftovers
Synchronize
Sassy - 252 HP / 200 Atk / 56 SpD
Curse
Payback
Wish
Toxic / Yawn / Protect

You really do have to love these Curse Walls. With Umbreon Cursing all day all night, this pokemon pwns. Payback, for STAB. Wish for team support and self healing. I'm not sure what to do for his last move. Toxic to cripple the other pokemon, Yawn to sleep a pokemon to probably force a switch, Protect to ensure Wish and scout opponents moves.

Late Game Sweeper
461-m.png

Weavile - Expert Belt
Pressure
Jolly - 40 HP / 252 Atk / 216 Spe
Swords Dance
Night Slash
Ice Shard / Ice Punch
Brick Break / Aerial Ace

A very good late game sweeper. Pretty much self-explanatory. Swords Dance on the switch, Night Slash for STAB and high crit-hit ratio, Night Slash is also used against Water / Psychic / Ghost types. Ice Shard for STAB sure first hit or Ice Punch for probable first hit and more power. Brick Break for type coverage (T-tar/Rock/Steel types). Aerial Ace for type coverage (fighting).

I've spent a very long time on this team, and I think it's turned out to be a success. Please leave some comments about what I should change around, I may also need some counters for Machamp. I am willing to change around literally anything. Open to all suggestions. Thank You.

4 out of 6 of your pokemon are weak to fighting.
consider doing something to fix that.
And if you want dragonite to breakdown steels, use fire blast or flamethrower, power vs accuracy, it is your choice.

Yeah, your team is very MixApe and SD Luke weak.

To remedy this I would suggest this set on ScarfDragonite: EQ/Fire Blast/Outrage/Ice Beam. On that set you could opt for Draco Meteor > Ice Beam, but I am trying to give you more coverage. EQ scores OHKOs on both Infernape and Lucario, but you better get him in there quick before they run through your team.

As for your Machamp issue.....instead of Gengar you could run a special sweeping Azelf. Try looking at the Life Orb or Nasty Plot sets straight outta the Analysis page.

For Snorlax's last slot I think you should choose between Fire Punch and Crunch. I would go Fire punch just because of the prevalence of Scizor, and at least your still doing damage to ghosts.

And your team is in need of Stealth Rocks, so perhaps something like a Swampert lead might help. It is reliable, bulky, and it can help against Infernape and Lucario.

Firstly, change the lead, hypnosis has terrible accuracy no matter what you say, and is not worth it on such a frail pokemon. Consider Ambipom if you want the flinch and flee, otherwise stick to normal leads such as swampert or metagross.

Gengar should only run Hidden Power [Fire] with substitute, otherwise CBzor just comes in and kills anyway >_>. No need for energy ball so he is sorted.

Dragonite may be a powerhouse, but he just cant take repeated switch ins due to his weakness to SR. Therefore Flygon is a nice idea, flygon also has access to U-Turn which can be great for scouting.

Curselax really cant beat skarmory unless he gets like a +5, however if your opponent has a brain they will whirlwind you out before you can get there. Therefore would suggest crunch. Believe me, heatran DOES NOT like taking body slams after +2 or 3.

Umbreon is not as great in OU, due to the common SDluke, who you deal x4 resistance to, and he can just SD while you switch out, leading to a 6-0. Vaporeon however works nicely with the toxic wish protect set.

IMO weavile is a shitty pokemon, CBzor can take it no problem, heck even infernape can. Perhaps an SDape then? He can deal with many threats, and rarely are teams prepared for one. Although your team lacks from the special side with 2 cursers, perhaps CM latias? It has great speed and after a CM, it is incredibly hard to stop without Scizor or CBtar.

Thanks guys, working on everything right now.

Would you guys think Crobat would be a good lead?

Standard Brave Bat Set that's on Smog.

Brave Bird
U-Turn
Taunt
Hypnosis

As other people have stated, you are incredibly weak to Fighting as 4 of your Pokemon are weak to Fighting. This means Pokemon such as Machamp, Infernape, and Lucario can prove troublesome to you. Machamp with Substitute is especially dangerous. Once it manages to get a Substitute in which it can do quite easily on your Weavile or Snorlax as they switch, your going to be in trouble DynamicPunch kills your Snorlax, Weavile, Persian, and Umbreon. Payback takes care of Gengar while Stone Edge kills Dragonite. Other Fighting-types such as Infernape are troublesome as well. I'll be giving a few suggestions on how to remedy these aforesaid problems.

So we need to find a Pokemon that can deal with Machamp and Lucario in addition to Pokemon such as Heracross.A good Pokemon that will fit well on this team is Gliscor. Gliscor takes those Fighting-type attacks aimed at your Normal-type Pokemon and gives your team more insurance against Machamp, Lucario, and Heracross. Gliscor also has excellent synergy with Snorlax. Gliscor is weak to Ice and Water. Snorlax can take Ice-type attacks well due to Thick Fat and can also take the Water-type attacks aimed at Gliscor from Pokemon such as Vaporeon and Suicune. Gliscor takes the Fighting-type attacks aimed at Gliscor and the rest of your team. Overall, Gliscor will be a very helpful addition to your team, and I highly suggest you use it. I suggest you use Gliscor over Persian and make Gliscor the lead. Gliscor can provide your team with Stealth Rock support which is very useful to ahve. It can also use Taunt to prevent opposing leads from setting up Stealth Rock, Your Dragonite will appreciate Stealth Rock not being on the field. Gliscor can also use Earthquake to deal with leads such as Metagross and Jirachi and can also U-turn from Pokemon it cannot handle. Use Earthquake/Stealth Rock/Roost/U-turn, 204 HP / 88 Atk / 216 Spe, Jolly, Impish , Leftovers. Stealth Rock is for general support and is an excellent move to have. Earthquake is for STAB and provides coverage against Pokemon such as Lucario. Roost is for recovery, allowing Gliscor to stay alive for longer periods of time.

Secondly, Weavile is generally outclassed by Scizor. Weavile has that nasty Stealth Rock weakness, meaning it cannot switch-in multiple times. Scizor has better Defenses, resistances, and has acess to U-turn which is an excellent move. Scizor can also clean up late game with Bullet Punch. Overall, Scizor is a better choice over Weavile, so I suggest using Scizor in that position. Try using a set of Choice Band/Bullet Punch/U-turn/Pursuit/SuperPower, 248 HP/252 Attack/ 8 Speed, Adamant. Scizor will give you a much needed Steel-type since Dragon-type attacks are abundant in the current metagame. Scizor can scout with U-turn and systematically wear down its counters with U-turn. Pursuit allows you to get rid of Pokemon such as Latias. SuperPower is for Heatran and magneone switch-ins and provides more coverage alongside your other moves.

Now, your Machamp and Lucario issue should be taken care of with Gliscor. However, you still need something that can take on Infernape, another Pokemon that can be quite problematic for your team. The obvious choice would be to switch Umbreon for Vaporeon. Vaporeon works great on a team such as this. It takes care of Gyarados, another Pokemon that can cause trouble. In addition, Vaporeon also takes care of Infernape and provides Wish support for your team. Use the first set listed here Starmie can also work in this position. Starmie takes care of Gyarados and Infernape just like Vaporeon. Starmie can also use Rapid Spin to get Stealth Rock out of the field to allow Dragonite to have a much easier time during the duration of a match.

Lastly, Salamence does the Choice Scarf set better then Dragonite. However, I'm not going to suggest changing Dragonite to Salamence. Dragonite can be used more effectively on this team if you made him a mixed sweeper. Dragonite should be very efefctive at weakening walls allowing Snorlax to do its job. It will be able to weaken Swampert and Hippowdon with Draco Meteor, allowing your other sweepers to kill them later on! So for Dragonite, use Draco Meteor, SuperPower, Fire Blast, Roost, 112 Atk / 200 SpA / 196 Spe, Rash, Life Orb. This mixed Dragonite will be an effective wallbreaker that will allow Snorlax and others to kill late game once its counters have been been worn down. With SuperPower, Dragonite OHKOes Blissey, Tyranitar, and most Heatran after Stealth Rock is factored in. Fire Blast allows Dragonite to combat Steel types such as Skarmory and Bronzong who otherwise walll you. Draco Meteor allows Dragonite to hit really hard and has great coverage with Fire Blast. Roost will allow you to heal off any damage you have taken from Stealth Rock and your opponents attacks.

I do not really see why you decided to use 4 OU Pokemon and then stick two random UU Pokemon on the team. It may add some originality, however, the UU Pokemon you added do not really help your team at all. Try to stick with a goal in mind. Pick Pokemon that help your team out.

Thank You, Bloo. that was really much needed. Thanks to all you guys for doing this!

I have agreed to change Weavile, Umbreon, Persian, and Gengar for -

Lead Gliscor,Stall Vaporeon, maybe lategame Scizor, and to change Gengar for something else, maybe Dusknoir - him being a bulky-ish ghost.

I would also like to fit in rapid spin somewhere incase someone leads with Aerodactyl or something, outspeeding Gliscor. Taunting it, before I can.
Maybe, Starmie? Starmie take Gengar's spot on the team, and run this Set:
Starmie - Life Orb / Leftovers
Timid - 252 SpAtk / 252 Spe / 4 HP
Surf
Rapid Spin
Ice Beam
T-Bolt / HP _____ / Psychic

Thanks Guys, this is really much appreciated.
