OU works well any critiques

ok so team building is kinda my weakness at poke...and i need help so that i can get better at the meta game in general. if you could take a look at my team and tell me your thoughts that would be fantastic

Uxie @ Light Clay
Ability: Levitate
EVs: 252 HP/6 Atk/252 Def
Impish nature (+Def, -SAtk)
- Stealth Rock
- Memento
- Knock Off
- Reflect

Reflect gives the team much needed bulk. Stealth rock is for the obvious. memento is to help force the switch and to stop the sweep if i see one late game. knock of helps reviale poke sets. i chose uxie as my lead because its very bulky and has a good base speed(130/130/95) allowing it to take hits and set up SR. Knock off also allows for taunt to not wall it. reflect is here in place of lightscreen for extra on the defence... it allows my poke to take a few extra hits

Salamence (M) @ Life Orb
Ability: Intimidate
EVs: 16 Atk/252 Spd/240 SAtk
Naive nature (+Spd, -SDef)
- Draco Meteor
- Flamethrower
- Earthquake
- Stone Edge

Mixmence set to break walls and to be hard to predict. EQ and SE are for great coverage and to wreak havoc on the counters many people try to switch in on sally. flamethrower is for those pesky steel and draco a last resort. i dont like to let the opponet know i have this untill the end game usually... it can be a great finisher after a little phazing from skam.

Flygon (M) @ Choice Scarf
Ability: Levitate
EVs: 252 Atk/6 Def/252 Spd
Lonely nature (+Atk, -Def)
- U-turn
- Earthquake
- Outrage
- Fire Blast

thanks for the suggestion. i run a lonley nature because it gives me a little more power( and i love me some power ) however it does leave me very weak to pretty much everything not tbolt lol. fireblast for steel types if i predict a switch in...an EQ for the type coverage... especialy against the electic. however joltons with shadow ball once flygon is weak though cause problems. revenge killer and scout for the team... and covers the electic weakness.

Rotom-c @ Leftovers
Ability: Levitate
EVs: 252 HP/168 Def/90 Spd
Bold nature (+Def, -Atk)
- Leaf Storm
- Thunderbolt
- Shadow Ball
- Will-o-wisp
bulky situational counter(for rapid spin an explosions if you can predict well) leaf storm is a special gift for swampert :) thunderbolt hits gyra and other water hard... shadow ball can kill gengar on the switch and starmie if they try to switch in on gyra later. willowisp can really hurt those phys sweepers and almost always cause a switch... great all purpose poke.
---
Gyarados (M) @ Leftovers
Ability: Intimidate
EVs: 252 Atk/6 Def/252 Spd
Jolly nature (+Spd, -SAtk)
- Dragon Dance
- Waterfall
- Taunt
- Earthquake
eq for those pesky electic... taunt for phazers... and a high attack... need i say more? 4 DD and your sweeping through like butter... the eve spread lets you take a good hit or to to erase a threat then sweep or set up more if need be... hard to counter with phazers with taunt... and starmie is okho by EQ... however rotoms andgengars that are immune to EQ do cause problems if not prop set up... a very serious threat to your team but Rotom shadow ball can hit gengar or... and same goes for the rotom forms.
---
Skarmory (M) @ Leftovers
Ability: Sturdy
EVs: 252 HP/252 Def
Lax nature (+Def, -SDef)
- Whirlwind
- Spikes
- Roost
- Brave Bird

if you wonder why the high def evs.... he can take huge supereff. hits and most of the metagame focuses on phys. sweepers...(it completly wall scizor in most sets). the idea is swicth in on a poke trying to set up and phaze...or a phys sweep and spike a turn... roost the next then whirlwind through untill you see fit. brave bird is for those pesky taunt gyras... with whom a knock off of leftovers works well on partnered with this set.

any advise?

More description on each pokemon!
Memento is a great move for setting up sweepers but by the look of thing you only have one Pokemon with a set up move. I suggest you replace Memento with Light Screen for better defense! After a quick look at your team it seems to have a huge weak spot against special attackers with different elemental attacks! Some examples are Starmie, Gengar Jolteon etc.
Replace Porygon-Z for a scarfed Tyranitar! It works better then Porygon-Z in this situation and it is also an excellent counter to those three pokemon mentioned above! The Choice Scarf Tyranitar's moveset can be found here!

Get an electric immunity. Simple as that. Try CS Flygon with U-Turn/Earthquake/Outrage/filler(Fire move) instead of Porygonz. I know you like those awesome TriAtks but Flygon is also great for scouting while Porygonz lacks resistances and as so, doesn't fit well in your team as it doesn't provide any kind of synergy. That way, besides the fact that you have an electric immunity that can scare off any electric and choiced pokémon locked on an electric-type move, you have a very powerful scout (to find out your opponent's Pokémon are) a good late game finisher and you take care of your team's electric weakness.

Dont run lax on skarmory since every bit of defense helps if you plan on phazing, go for the impish nature. Your salamence also wants the new mixmence set.
16atk/252spe/240spa. with draco meteor/flamethrower/earthquake/outrage.

good luck

I am not sure if this team is a spike stack team or a HO team. Ill assume its a spike stack team and make my rate accordingly.

I sugget a Swampert Lead which sets up SR and can Roar set up sweepers out, Swampert can go over Uxie as a spike stack team does not need duel screans.

Run the new Mixmence set as explained above. This hits very hard and can break through stall.
