1. There are 8 teams in total.
2. The slots for each team will be:

1 ORAS OU
1 BW OU
1 DPP OU
1 ADV OU
1 Bo3 (USM OU/ORAS OU/BW OU aka Smogon Tour tiers)
3. SPL inactivity rules will be applied.
4. Managers will not be allowed to play.
5. There will be no retains.
6. We plan to roughly follow the timeline in the hide tags for this tournament
