SickManSama has been banned and thus is not allowed to participate until the week the ban expires (effective immediately), which is on May 24. The CrashinBoomBullies have two options:

a) Keep SickManSama, acknowledging that he/she cannot be used from the moment this is posted until the ban expires. If the ban expires in the middle of a week, he/she is eligible to play for that week.
b) Sell back SickManSama for 3k credits which can be used to draft another player from the player pool.

Thunder Pwoell has been banned and their ban will not expire before the end of OUPL V. The CrashinBoomBullies will be allowed to sell back Thunder Pwoell for 3k credits to draft another player from the pool.

Dundies pinged his managers that he has quit Pokémon, so the 22$G Garcho*ps will be allowed to sell them back for 3k to draft another player from the pool.

Togkey has been extremely inactive in the team discord due to irl commitments. I’ve checked the audit logs to confirm the inactivity.

The BB Seakings will receive 3k in sellback credits which they can use to draft a player of choice from the player pool.

Upon further investigation, TopTierBoy has also been completely inactive for the entirety of the season and not replied to managers' attempts at contacting him. The BB Seakings have received 3k sellback credits and have purchased EviGaro.

Week 3 - Hec vs Rylon

Rylon dc'd versus Hec early on, and after reviewing the replay we've ruled it as a true dc. Following the same rules as SPL and as we can't recreate the game, Rylon and Hec will rematch, with the option for different teams.

After talking with TD's, we made a mistake in this ruling - as the game was not played on Smogtours, a dc is ruled as a loss.

 

[Indigo Plateau]

We're making a new rule effective immediately in order to cut down on activity calls, arguments, fishing, or whatever you want to call it that have been happening. All managers must make sure that their players have made actual attempts to schedule their games by Friday night every week. If your player has not made a reasonable effort to schedule by then, you are responsible for subbing them out; if you do not do so then you're putting yourself at risk of losing that game to an activity call. In the case of an uncontrollable circumstance or extreme inconvenience, teams are still allowed to sub / double sub on the weekend with solid proof so long as their player made an effort to schedule/play.

In short, check that your players have scheduled before the weekend, handle subs at a reasonable time, play on smogtours, and just get your games done. We're here to play, not argue

RE: We Three Kings vs. Water Drone

This game should have been ruled as a dead game instead of an activity win for Water Drone. This results in a tie between the Ludicolos and the Sprout Tower Sprouts, causing the Ludicrous Ludicolos to become the #1 seed and the Sprout Tower Sprouts to become the #2 seed. The managers were contacted to see whether they wanted to swap matchups or keep them as they are to avoid having their players reschedule. The Six Island Sobbles requested a matchup swap to correctly match seeding.

As no games have been completed yet and a matchup swap was request, matchups have been revised to properly match seeding. Apologies for this. All players, please be aware of your new matchups:
