1. There are 8 teams in total.
2. The slots will be:
3 USM OU
1 ORAS OU
1 BW OU
1 DPP OU
1 ADV OU
1 Bo3 (USM OU/ORAS OU/BW OU aka Smogon Tour tiers)
3. SPL inactivity rules.
4. Managers do not play.
5. There are no retains.
6. Each team has a player cap of 16 (not including managers). At minimum, they must draft a player for each slot and 2 subs (10 min).
