Metagross @Choice Band
Clear Body
Hp 248/ Atk 252/ Def 12
Adamant
~Explosion
~Meteor Mash
~Earthquake
~Pursuit

I love choice band Metagross because Meteor Mash hurts like a bitch lol. He also kills off Starmies and Gengars if they run. I think Metagross is a better pursuits better than Tyranitar even tho he doesnt get a stab but he is alot more sturdier then T-tar IMO. Explosion is for things that try to attempt to set up on me.

Heatran @ Life Orb
Flash Fire
240 HP /56 Spatk /212 SPdef
Calm
~Fire Blast

My sleep taker he can still pack a punch with life orb and minumim sp atk ev's. I run Fire Blast to compensate for the Calm nature. Lava plume and Fire BLast have the same burn rate so fire blast>>>>>>lava plume

~Roost

Thanks for the team rate.

Overall, I see major SD Lucario problems; Gyarados is NOT a reliable counter, and if SR's down he can't switch in more than once. The rest of your team is hit hard.

Now, the good news is that you can work around this. Essentially, I would change Metagross to have a SDef oriented EV Spread (You can run Life Orb or Leftovers with Restalk, or if you feel Pursuit is a neccesity you can keep it as a Choice Bander. With a spread of 252 HP / 48 Atk / 216 SDef, you'll beat Starmie almost all the time even with Life Orb) , while Life Orb Shadow Ball is a 3HKO (LO recoil won't occur unless Meteor Mash hits, which is an OHKO.) and change Heatran to a Choice Scarfer with 252 SAtk / 252 Spd Naive with Fire Blast/Hidden Power Ice/ Earth Power/Explosion. Now you can always revenge-kill Lucario if it gets the chance to set up. You can also make Mamoswine Jolly to outspeed Adamant Lucarios.

Other than that I think there are better options for Celebi than Thunder Wave for you; Heal Bell or Leech Seed is preferred, or even U-Turn. Make Azelf the standard lead, with Azelf @ Focus Sash, Taunt/Stealth Rock/Fire Blast/Explosion (still takes out Roserade, likely won't OHKO Gengar but you have Sash and can KO back, then set up SR later), but you hit Bronzong. Make it Naive (to make Explosion more powerful), Atk EVs are at your discretion; I usually use about 78 Atk EVs.

Even though there's no benefit from Hail, Blizzard with a non SAtk lowering nature hits Skarmory hard - it walls you otherwise. It's something to consider but not absolute.

alright, first things first, where the hell are your freaking rocks? honestly, everyone on your team is physically bulky: metagross, gyarados (especially with intimidate), heatran, celebi, and mamoswine. everything except azelf is physically bulky enough for celebi to not need reflect imo. stealth rock would be much, much better to help break sashes and cripple those dang flying types for you, and well, we all know the reasons why stealth rock is a staple.

I don't like how this team is on the rather slow side, with not superfast scarfers to compensate and revenge kill big threats. for this reason, I could see a change from your current azelf to a scarf lead variant, helping you in the way of revenge killing.

I'd change your current mamoswine to the mixswine variant, to help you get past skarmory, tangrowth, and other physical walls that can slow down your primary physical team.

that said,

Your Heatran and Metagross arent going to enjoy EQ...
You can use something such as a Gengar as your lead to absorb EQ.

Besides that, he's an excellent lead.

You were given a lot of helpful advice that you turned a blind eye to, that was ignorant and down-right disrespectful. I'm touching on this because you have consecutively bumped more than the given ammount allowed, so therefore your thread will be locked. Read the RMT rules and atleast reply to the help that has been provided for you, in future.
