XY OU Partial Stall FTW

Hey Y'all, I've decided to make my first post about my personal favorite style of playing pokemon, as well as my most successful team. I'm open to any suggestions about my team and welcome the constructive criticism!

To start it off I chose my Mega to be Venusaur. Venusaur is a huge presence on the field and can stall out a ton of threats to the rest of the team. HP Ice because of the super effective hit on Grass types (Which are immune to my seeding, and Hit garchomp and landorous hard

Venusaur @ Venusaurite
Ability: Chlorophyll
EVs: 252 HP / 196 Def / 4 SpA / 56 SpD
Bold Nature
- Hidden Power [Ice]
- Knock Off
- Synthesis
- Leech Seed

Then I Noticed the weakness to psychic and decided that an immunity to psychic would be a huge advantage, especially with latias/latios running around so often recently. So I went with an umbreon. Pretty basic set, allows for some cleric support as well as wish-passing for emergency healing. Especially for heatran.

Umbreon @ Leftovers
Ability: Synchronize
EVs: 252 HP / 76 Def / 180 SpD
Calm Nature
IVs: 0 Atk
- Foul Play
- Wish
- Toxic
- Heal Bell

Heatran is just, well heatran. I decided on will-o-wisp over toxic because I like the burn effects better, plus so many steel types are running around now that fairies are out, so IMO Burn is just a better status to use than toxic. He also doubles as a rock-setter, helping out with the residual damage caused by switching.

Heatran @ Leftovers
Ability: Flash Fire
EVs: 252 HP / 108 Def / 16 SpA / 132 SpD
Calm Nature
- Lava Plume
- Stealth Rock
- Roar
- Will-O-Wisp

Quagsire just brings so much to the table. The 4x weakness to grass is nothing when I'm running both Venusaur and heatran. The water and electric immunities are godsends. Yawn is for phasing in case someone tries to set up on Heatran/venusaur, and who doesn't love putting someone to sleep right?

Quagsire @ Leftovers
Ability: Water Absorb
EVs: 252 HP / 252 Def / 4 SpA
Bold Nature
- Scald
- Toxic
- Recover
- Yawn

I needed a defogger so I went with a BULKY latias. He gives a ground immunity that Heatran loves, and just has insane synergy with heatran in general. On top of that he is a offensive presence with Draco-Meteor. I really like wish on this set, gives a ton of longevity to the other members of the team, and adds an extra emergency healer if necessary. I've had some trouble with not having toxic on this so I'd like to make room somewhere for it.
Latias (F) @ Leftovers
Ability: Levitate
EVs: 252 HP / 164 Def / 92 SpD
Calm Nature
- Draco Meteor
- Wish
- Protect
- Defog

Talonflame because talonflame. He hits hard and fast, Counters and kills everything (For the most part) that my team has troubles with, His priority is key. Adds a great pivot with U-Turn and end game when most/all of his counters have been stalled to 30ish percent health Nothing can stop him. OP Late game sweeper in my opinion.
Talonflame @ Sharp Beak
Ability: Gale Wings
EVs: 4 HP / 252 Atk / 252 Spe
Jolly Nature
- Brave Bird
- Flare Blitz
- U-turn
- Swords Dance

Any advice/changes would be greatly appreciated! Thanks for reading

Update: Gardevoir is a MAJOR threat to my team. Annihilating MegaSaur, Umbreon, Heatran (With Focus Blast), and Latias with 3/4 With Stab attacks. Any suggestions? Currently my only answer to her is to status her and wear her down with switches enough for Talonflame to revenge kill her with brave bird.
