This pelican has made itself a staple on rain teams due to its ability to support rain sweepers such as Kingdra and Barraskewda with Defog and U-turn. Scald has decent power under rain and can potentially burn Pokemon like Salamence and Azumarill. U-turn takes advantage of Pelipper's slow Speed, allowing it to safely bring in teammates such as Barraskewda. Pelipper's partners are often Swift Swim users such as Barraskewda, Kingdra, and Seismitoad; Barraskewda can take advantage of rain to outspeed every Choice Scarf user, while Seismitoad provides an Electric immunity for Pelipper. Choice Specs Keldeo is a popular teammate, as it can 2HKO the entire tier with rain-boosted Hydro Pump. Physical wallbreakers such as Azumarill and Crawdaunt are also noteworthy on rain teams, with Crawdaunt being especially hard to handle due to Crabhammer 2HKOing offensive Kommo-o in rain. Heliolisk is also a great rain sweeper thanks to Thunder, Weather Ball, and its ability to absorb opposing rain-boosted attacks.

This Ppelican has made itself a staple on Rrain teams due to its decent bulk and typing. It's more due to having Defog and U-turn as options more than its bulk/typing because there aren't too many things it hard walls. I'd change it to this and just follow up on how U-turn and Defog support dangerous rain abusers like... Then go into Scald after. Scald has decent power under rain and can allows Pelipper to take advantage of the Rrain it sets while also potentially burning physical attackers that may attempt to switch-in to it Pokemon like Salamence and Azumarill. U-turn takes advantage of Pelipper's slow speed, allowing it to pivot into bring in teammates such as Barraskewda safely much more easily. Defog allows Pelipper to remove hazards easily, as it threatens setters such as Rhyperior. Roost extends Pelipper's longevity, allowing it to set Rrain consistently throughout a battle. Pelipper's teammates are often Swift Swim users such as Barraskewda, which can outpace every Choice Scarf user under rain. as they are able to benefit immensely from Rain . Special wallbreakers such as Kingdra and Seismitoad are also Swift Swim users appreciated on Rrain teams, with Seismitoad providing an Electric immunity for Pelipper while also 2HKOing Rocky Helmet Tangrowth with Sludge Wave. It seems odd for Barra not to be the first mention given it's the best swift swim user so moved it up. Choice Specs Keldeo is also a popular teammate, as it can 2HKO the entire tier with a Rrain-boosted Hydro Pump. Popular physical wallbreakers include Barraskewda, which can outpace every Choice Scarf user under Rrain and Azumarill and Crawdaunt, which can deal heavy damage to foes with Aqua Jet.

Instead of saying they do a lot with Jet just state that they become much harder to pivot into and list an example such as Crabhammer from the latter 2HKOing offensive Kommo-o under rain.

I cut quite a lot with rewording some of this or moving stuff around so if you have more room feel free to give Heliolisk a mention
