Tbh, the most common reason why people want to spell that word "Afrika" with a k is becuase, Africa is spelled with a k in most languages. But I personally feel that, people are trying to be racist. I mean, each language has their own way of spelling. Just because Africa is spelled with a k in most African languages, that doesn't necessarily mean K is a colonial letter. And letters don't really matter in languages. Because, languages don't use letters.
