Hello community! This is my first RMT and I would love some feedback for this team. This is a team I have been working on for a while, and it has been working really well. On the ladder, I peaked-1550, and am currently at 1384 after restarting. I wanted to find a way of abusing Perish Song as I have always loved the move. After thinking a while, the idea clicked of Perish Song + Shadow Tag. Thus, this team was born.
This is the core I decided to build this team around. Gothitelle is, in my opinion, a much better trapper than Wobbuffet. That blue blobs time is past. After choosing Gothitelle, I researched pokemon that get Perish Song and found Celebi. Celebi also gets U-Turn and Baton Pass to ease switching into Gothitelle and keeping momentum in my favor.
Of course, with this core, I had a glaring weakness to dark-types, especially Pursuit users.
Which is where this beast comes in. His great physical bulk, Poison Heal, and STAB Earthquake all allow him to easily deal with Bisharp (after Toxic Orb activates), and Tyranitar that don't carry Ice Beam (which is fairly rare anyways). He also brings Stealth Rock to my team, which every team needs.
I really hate Bisharp, so a solid answer to him is really nice.
At this point, I decided i wanted a Volt-Turn core to help bring in my main core, and I also wanted mons that could easily switch in and out, so they had to be fairly bulky.
Rotom-W was an obvious choice for such a role, and Mega-Scizor pairs really well with him. Rotom takes the fire hits aimed at Scizor, while Scizor takes the Grass attacks aimed at Rotom.
The last mon I wanted to be able to check Mega-Charizard Y, Talonflame, and Mega Venusaur, as these were notable threats that my current team struggled with.
Specially Defensive Heatran was my choice. He can check all of the above threats, and so much more. He also laughs at the Grass and Fire attacks aimed at my Volt-Turn core.

My trapper. This thing is beyond amazing <3 Besides having a dismal defensive typing and only decent defenses, she can easily trap and eliminate walls, scarfers locked into a resisted move, weaker offensive mons, and enemies that have already heard Celebi's beautiful song. Psyshock is my main STAB chosen over Psychic for Chansey. Protect is to stall Perish Song turns and rack up Lefties, and Rest allows her to be a status absorber, and avoid being worn down by walls. Calm Mind increases her power so she can actually break through the walls she traps,and lets her sponge hits from special attackers and set up on them. She is my main answer to Chansey, Mega Lopunny, the Lati twins after a Meteor and non-Specs-Keldeo, as well as being able to trap and set up on numerous special attackers. Chansey's Seismic Toss only 5HKOs after Lefties and Rest helps against Toxic, allowing me to set up freely against it. It makes a really long battle when they go against each other, but Gothitelle always comes out on top. As for Keldeo:

Celebi is the musician that forms the Perish part of Perish Trapping. No one is safe when she sings her beautiful song of death. The EVs allow her to outspeed Bisharp and escape Pursuit with Baton Pass. I am aware that BP passes the perish count, and please don't tell me to change to U-Turn because of that, because U-Turn leaves me complete Bisharp bait. Recover is for healing and increasing her staying power and lets her take hits with her good resists. Giga Drain is for STAB and additional healing. her main role is a Pivot that can force switches with Perish Song, and gain momentum the next turn. If they switch, Baton Pass lets me see what they bring and bring in an appropriate check. Scizor and Rotom can also Volt-Turn out again if they scare away the opponent, removing the perish count and gaining more momentum, as they are both slow. If they stay in, I go out to Gothitelle, and as long as Gothitelle can take the first hit (assuming Celebi is faster and doesn't take the hit), Gothitelle can trap and kill them, guaranteed, thanks to Protect. Turn 1: Baton Pass. Turn 2: Protect. Turn 3: switch to whatever can take the hit best, and they die at the end of that turn, and Gothitelle remains safe to do it again.

I don't run any speed investment because i found myself rarely appreciating it, and the extra bulk is incredibly helpful. Stealth Rock because it's Stealth Rock, and he can reliably set it up multiple times. Earthquake for STAB, and it allows Gliscor to beat a lot of Steel types and RockyChomp while avoiding touching him cause he has cooties. Knock Off provides utility in removing items, although removing Scarves is actually detrimental to this team, as everything here is already slow, and when they're locked they're easier to play around. Protect is chosen over Roost for the guaranteed toxic Orb activation when against Knock Off users, especially Bisharp, whom Gliscor is meant to beat.
The HP EVs give me a Poison Heal number, the Def EVs allow me to avoid the 2HKO from and of Bisharp's moves, and the rest Make him an incredible mixed wall. The Sp Def investment allows him to reliably beat Heatran as well, which is always nice.
Scizor @ Scizorite

A mon that's bulkier than fully invested Skarmory, stronger than fully invested base 100s, and has access to strong priority, U-Turn, healing, AND DEFOG?? Yes please! Mega Scizor was a perfect fit for this team, for all the reasons listed in that sentence. Bullet Punch allows him to check Fairies and pick off weakened threats. U-Turn allows him to pivot in and out of physical attackers and safely bring in Celebi and Gothitelle, while also allowing him to be a secondary check to dark types, and checking psychic and grass types. Hazard removal was essential for this team, as i switch around a lot. Roost is for longevity, and makes him incredibly hard to take down. He is also my main switchin to the Lati twins as he can take the Meteor, and either Roost off the damage, or gain momentum with U-Turn as they switch the next turn. I do have to keep an eye out for HP Fire though, as it hurts.

Wash Rotom finds its way onto almost every team ever, and I really hate to use this, but it just fits and works too perfectly on this team to pass up. I went specially defensive as this team had a ridiculous amount of physical bulk already, and the speed EVs outspeed Azumarill, who this team has a hard time switching into. Volt Switch is for STAB and also completes the Volt-Turn core with Scizor. Hydro Pump is a more powerful STAB move that gives me a way to beat up on Gliscor and other Ground types. Or it would if it ever hit... It also allows him to hit Talonflame without switching, as this is my main check to Talonflame, cause that asshole needs to be kept in check, as it is annoying as hell. Pain Split gives good if somewhat unreliable healing with his low HP stat, and also allows me to take a powerful hit and reverse it. Will-o-Wisp is mostly to cripple Azumarill, but is also nice against other physical attackers and helps to wear down the opposing team. Leftovers is his most reliable method of healing, and greatly increases his longevity.
Heatran @ Leftovers

Specially Defensive Heatran was the last member of my team, and is a great check to a lot of the mons that caused me problems, such as Mega Charizard Y, Mega Venusaur, Talonflame, Mega Gardevoir, and others. The speed EVs let me outspeed standard Mega Venusaur, with the rest in special bulk to do his job. Leftovers is mandatory as his only form of recovery. Lava Plume is STAB and has a nice burn chance to punish switchins. Taunt and Toxic allow him to function as a stallbreaker, and Lava Plume hits the Steel types that are immune to Toxic bar opposing Heatran. Roar allows him to phase out set up sweepers and rack up SR damage. This guy is my main answer to Ferrothorn, Skarmory, and (Mega) Scizor lacking Superpower. Against Mega Venu, I can Taunt it, then wear it down with Burn. Earthquake/Knock Off variants cause trouble though.
Threatlist:
I lump these two together, as Heatran checks them both, but has trouble if they carry Earthquake. Focus Blast from Y is also troubling, but i can survive one and poison or phase it.
Again, Heatran can usually play around it unless it carries EQ. My main answer to it is Perish Song, or Gothitelle can handle defensive versions.
HP Ice variants can destroy my whole team, and he can't be trapped because of U-Turn. I just have towear him down as he has no recovery.

This is the core I decided to build this team around. Gothitelle is, in my opinion, a much better trapper than Wobbuffet. That blue blobs time is past. After choosing Gothitelle, I researched pokemon that get Perish Song and found Celebi. Celebi also gets U-Turn and Baton Pass to ease switching into Gothitelle and keeping momentum in my favor.
Of course, with this core, I had a glaring weakness to dark-types, especially Pursuit users.
Which is where this beast comes in. His great physical bulk, Poison Heal, and STAB Earthquake all allow him to easily deal with Bisharp (after Toxic Orb activates), and Tyranitar that don't carry Ice Beam (which is fairly rare anyways). He also brings Stealth Rock to my team, which every team needs.
I really hate Bisharp, so a solid answer to him is really nice.
At this point, I decided i wanted a Volt-Turn core to help bring in my main core, and I also wanted mons that could easily switch in and out, so they had to be fairly bulky.
Rotom-W was an obvious choice for such a role, and Mega-Scizor pairs really well with him. Rotom takes the fire hits aimed at Scizor, while Scizor takes the Grass attacks aimed at Rotom.
The last mon I wanted to be able to check Mega-Charizard Y, Talonflame, and Mega Venusaur, as these were notable threats that my current team struggled with.
Specially Defensive Heatran was my choice. He can check all of the above threats, and so much more. He also laughs at the Grass and Fire attacks aimed at my Volt-Turn core.

My trapper. This thing is beyond amazing <3 Besides having a dismal defensive typing and only decent defenses, she can easily trap and eliminate walls, scarfers locked into a resisted move, weaker offensive mons, and enemies that have already heard Celebi's beautiful song. Psyshock is my main STAB chosen over Psychic for Chansey. Protect is to stall Perish Song turns and rack up Lefties, and Rest allows her to be a status absorber, and avoid being worn down by walls. Calm Mind increases her power so she can actually break through the walls she traps,and lets her sponge hits from special attackers and set up on them. She is my main answer to Chansey, Mega Lopunny, the Lati twins after a Meteor and non-Specs-Keldeo, as well as being able to trap and set up on numerous special attackers. Chansey's Seismic Toss only 5HKOs after Lefties and Rest helps against Toxic, allowing me to set up freely against it. It makes a really long battle when they go against each other, but Gothitelle always comes out on top. As for Keldeo:

I fear the burn, but if it's locked into Secret Sword or a coverage move, it's gg for him. Mega Lopunny is a bit more difficult to play around, and Gothitelle is more of a check than a counter but:

This usually leaves my Gothitelle vulnerable to what comes out afterwards, and i have to avoid the Fake Out, but its usually worth it and Protect gets me extra recovery between turns.

Celebi is the musician that forms the Perish part of Perish Trapping. No one is safe when she sings her beautiful song of death. The EVs allow her to outspeed Bisharp and escape Pursuit with Baton Pass. I am aware that BP passes the perish count, and please don't tell me to change to U-Turn because of that, because U-Turn leaves me complete Bisharp bait. Recover is for healing and increasing her staying power and lets her take hits with her good resists. Giga Drain is for STAB and additional healing. her main role is a Pivot that can force switches with Perish Song, and gain momentum the next turn. If they switch, Baton Pass lets me see what they bring and bring in an appropriate check. Scizor and Rotom can also Volt-Turn out again if they scare away the opponent, removing the perish count and gaining more momentum, as they are both slow. If they stay in, I go out to Gothitelle, and as long as Gothitelle can take the first hit (assuming Celebi is faster and doesn't take the hit), Gothitelle can trap and kill them, guaranteed, thanks to Protect. Turn 1: Baton Pass. Turn 2: Protect. Turn 3: switch to whatever can take the hit best, and they die at the end of that turn, and Gothitelle remains safe to do it again.

I don't run any speed investment because i found myself rarely appreciating it, and the extra bulk is incredibly helpful. Stealth Rock because it's Stealth Rock, and he can reliably set it up multiple times. Earthquake for STAB, and it allows Gliscor to beat a lot of Steel types and RockyChomp while avoiding touching him cause he has cooties. Knock Off provides utility in removing items, although removing Scarves is actually detrimental to this team, as everything here is already slow, and when they're locked they're easier to play around. Protect is chosen over Roost for the guaranteed toxic Orb activation when against Knock Off users, especially Bisharp, whom Gliscor is meant to beat.
The HP EVs give me a Poison Heal number, the Def EVs allow me to avoid the 2HKO from and of Bisharp's moves, and the rest Make him an incredible mixed wall. The Sp Def investment allows him to reliably beat Heatran as well, which is always nice.

A mon that's bulkier than fully invested Skarmory, stronger than fully invested base 100s, and has access to strong priority, U-Turn, healing, AND DEFOG?? Yes please! Mega Scizor was a perfect fit for this team, for all the reasons listed in that sentence. Bullet Punch allows him to check Fairies and pick off weakened threats. U-Turn allows him to pivot in and out of physical attackers and safely bring in Celebi and Gothitelle, while also allowing him to be a secondary check to dark types, and checking psychic and grass types. Hazard removal was essential for this team, as i switch around a lot. Roost is for longevity, and makes him incredibly hard to take down. He is also my main switchin to the Lati twins as he can take the Meteor, and either Roost off the damage, or gain momentum with U-Turn as they switch the next turn. I do have to keep an eye out for HP Fire though, as it hurts.

Wash Rotom finds its way onto almost every team ever, and I really hate to use this, but it just fits and works too perfectly on this team to pass up. I went specially defensive as this team had a ridiculous amount of physical bulk already, and the speed EVs outspeed Azumarill, who this team has a hard time switching into. Volt Switch is for STAB and also completes the Volt-Turn core with Scizor. Hydro Pump is a more powerful STAB move that gives me a way to beat up on Gliscor and other Ground types. Or it would if it ever hit... It also allows him to hit Talonflame without switching, as this is my main check to Talonflame, cause that asshole needs to be kept in check, as it is annoying as hell. Pain Split gives good if somewhat unreliable healing with his low HP stat, and also allows me to take a powerful hit and reverse it. Will-o-Wisp is mostly to cripple Azumarill, but is also nice against other physical attackers and helps to wear down the opposing team. Leftovers is his most reliable method of healing, and greatly increases his longevity.
Heatran @ Leftovers

Specially Defensive Heatran was the last member of my team, and is a great check to a lot of the mons that caused me problems, such as Mega Charizard Y, Mega Venusaur, Talonflame, Mega Gardevoir, and others. The speed EVs let me outspeed standard Mega Venusaur, with the rest in special bulk to do his job. Leftovers is mandatory as his only form of recovery. Lava Plume is STAB and has a nice burn chance to punish switchins. Taunt and Toxic allow him to function as a stallbreaker, and Lava Plume hits the Steel types that are immune to Toxic bar opposing Heatran. Roar allows him to phase out set up sweepers and rack up SR damage. This guy is my main answer to Ferrothorn, Skarmory, and (Mega) Scizor lacking Superpower. Against Mega Venu, I can Taunt it, then wear it down with Burn. Earthquake/Knock Off variants cause trouble though.
Threatlist:
I lump these two together, as Heatran checks them both, but has trouble if they carry Earthquake. Focus Blast from Y is also troubling, but i can survive one and poison or phase it.
Again, Heatran can usually play around it unless it carries EQ. My main answer to it is Perish Song, or Gothitelle can handle defensive versions.
HP Ice variants can destroy my whole team, and he can't be trapped because of U-Turn. I just have towear him down as he has no recovery.
