Rejected Perma ban for repeat stalling?

It would be nice if players who constantly let the timer run out or bail on battles without forfeiting eventually got a perma ban if they keep doing it. Like in chess platforms (Lichess, etc.)

What you're describing isn't even punishable in the first place. Why would someone get permabanned for this?

This is not punishable. The only punishment we'll give for this is already enforced by the simulator - a loss of ELO.
