Piloswine

This started as an OU team centered around Piloswine. So obviously Piloswine is going to be the original pokemon.
Piloswine @Eviolite
Thick Fat (Oblivious is an option as well but Thick Fat is much prefered)
252 Hp 252 Attack 4 defense
Adamant
-Ice Shard
-Earthquake
-Stone Edge
-Curse
I chose this set because it doesn't rely on speed at all due to priority and his lack of speed
Next I knew I needed a water and fire time counter so I decided to throw in a Vaporeon
Vaporeon @Leftovers
Water Absorb
252 Hp 128 Defense/Sp defense
Bold
-Surf
-Toxic
-Wish
-Acid Armor
Personally I am not a fan of protect so very seldom will I add protect onto my team. Speaking of things I don't like is running very top OU threats. That will be another thing that I won't use, well depending on the really. Anyway. This is very similar to my Hydration set except that I use rest over wish on that set. Wish also benefits the team so that I can wish pass onto something else on my team.
Well to counter another weakness would be an electric weakness along with ground. I chose Zapdos
It was the standard set for Zapdos

Zapdos @Leftovers
Pressure
252 Special Attack 252 Speed
Timid
-Hidden Power Ice
-Thunderbolt
-Heat Wave
-Roost

I cried when I realized Lightning Rod was not released. It would have made this set/team way way way better. Not much else to say why I chose Zapdos so I guess I'll leave it as that

Now I need a stealth rock user as every team I make has one. I find it a necessity.

Infernape @Focus Sash
Blaze
252 Attack 252 Speed
Jolly
-Stealth Rock
-Taunt
-Fire Punch
-Close Combat

Well I have always liked using infernape as a rock user. Something about him is just so loveable to me. A while back I experimented with plenty of Stealth Rock users. My first was Aerodactyl, the second was Celebi then Miltank. Next up was Infernape. I have made more Rock users which includes an Azelf, but I always finding my self back at Infernape because in my opinion he does the job best for me.

Next I need a rapid spinner.

Starmie @Leftovers
Natural Cure
252 Special Attack 252 Speed
Timid
-Rapid Spin
-Surf
-Ice Beam
-Thunderbolt

I have had plenty of Rapid Spinners as I believe with Stealth Rock Rapid Spin is an essential for every team.

Next as my final pokemon I needed a surprise factor. I believe most battles can be won or lost by surprise factor. Not every one of my teams have a surprise factor however I felt I needed one for this some reason

Celebi @leftovers
Natural Cure
252 Attack 252 Speed
Jolly
-Leech Seed
-Heal Bell
-Seed Bomb
-Zen Headbutt

This turned out to be a very bad choice. Celebi is a terrible option for a physical attacker. Needless to say he didn't last too long on my team.

Well I did some test battles and found out that a Bolt+Beam set with a water type move really destroys this team. Seeing as all 6 pokemon take super effective damage from one of the 3 moves.

I decided to switch Celebi with Ferrothorn. I know previously I said I don't use top tier threats, but there has always been something about Ferrothorn that I love.

Ferrothorn @leftovers
Iron Barbs
252 HP 128 Defense/Special defense
-Curse
-Leech Seed
-Power Whip
-Gyro Ball

I really don't tend to go onto Smogon to look for sets, I only look on smogon to give me a boost of ideas when I'm stuck. When I originally made this set I just checked out bulbapedia to look at its moves.

So right now the current team is Infernape (generally going to lead), Vaporeon, Zapdos, Starmie, Piloswine, and Ferrothorn

Well Zapdos isn't much help anymore and to be safe I need a better bolt+beam and water move counter. I asked some friends what would be good to use to counter it and it seems that Lanturn was a common answer

Lanturn @leftovers
Volt Absorb
252 HP 252 Special Attack
Modest
-Thunderbolt
-Surf
-Ice Beam
-Heal Bell

Well this essentially replaced Celebi, well not only Lanturn but Lanturn and Ferro replaced it. So Lanurn took the place of a pokemon and a half. I was looking at the possible moves for Lanturn and saw healbell and was glad since Heal Bell really helps with the lack of Hydration on Vaporeon.

So here is another recap: Infernape, Piloswine, Vaporeon, Lanturn, Ferrothorn, Starmie.

Well now I seem to have a weakness to grass types. 4 of the 6 take super effective damage to grass types.

Let's go ahead and ditch Starmie as a spinner.

Torkoal @leftovers
White Smoke
252 HP 128 Def/Special Def
Calm
-Stealth Rock
-Rapid Spin
-Yawn
-Lava Plume

Well I directly got this set off of Smogon. Being an NU pokemon it is not often seen in OU so it does give me a bit of a surprise factor as mentioned prior in the post.

Well now that Torkoal used both Rapid Spin and Stealth rock I have an extra space in my team. I am going to use a pokemon I am very familiar with.

Scyther @Eviolite
252 Attack 252 Speed
Technician
Jolly
-Swords Dance
-Roost
-Bug Bite
-Aerial Ace

Well I have never liked Scizor all that much, but I've always like Scyther. With Eviolite he gets that extra bulk needed to win the battles Scizor can't. I will admit at certain times Scizor can be better than Scyther. Scyther really relies on not having rocks set up so a rapid spinner will be much needed before Scyther will ever come in.

Ok well we're at the end of my team building so I will once again recap the team and their roles

Torkoal (Stealth Rock support and Rapid spin)
Piloswine (Slow physical tank)
Vaporeon (mixed wall with Wish support)
Ferrothorn (mixed wall and physical tank)
Lanturn (Special tank and heal bell support)
Scyther (Physical Sweeper)

First off, it will be easier to us to help you if you clean up this RMT. It's a little unorganized and can be hard to follow at times. The most confusing thing is that you listed all the team members you've ever had in one continuous section, making it harder to keep track of what your team currently has. Separating your previous members from your current roster would help to make it easier to read and follow. Adding sprites helps it grab attention and is a nice change from the monotonous black-on-gray that goes on for a full page. They can be found here. Equal spacing, font color and pictures also help.

On to the team. It seems bulky and more along the lines of stall, so starting small, I recommend adding some Spikes and/or Toxic Spikes and some phazing moves to rack up damage on your opponent. For starters, Ferrothorn can learn Spikes and Vaporeon can Roar.

Yeah please fix the formatting as it is VERY messy at the moment and review the Forum Guidelines. Check out the RMT Archive and other threads to see the kind of detail and format we look for, this is important stuff. PM me with changes and this thread will get unlocked.
