Platinum Orb

Hi, sorry for the inconvenience, I want to know if you guys can help me with the Platinum Orb item, my server have platinum moves but the Giratina-o can't be used. The error is: This pokémon's item is invalid.

The item's correct name is the Griseous Orb, though I'm not sure if that will make any difference.

Yes, but the name when selected giratina-o is Platinum orb and in my server have an error when challenge with Giratina-O in the team.
