Please help my team

Hi smogon! Its summer here so I thought id try to make a team.

Spiritomb @lum berry
nature: careful
evs. 252 HP / 140 Atk / 116 SpD
ability: pressure

-Sucker punch
-pursuit
-pain split
-will-o-wisp

Since gengar leads are so common, I thought id use the perfect gengar, azelf counter for my lead. He can sucker punch faster opponents, pursuit switchers, or burn physical attackers. (gyrados?) I use lum berry because status effect moves are really common and I didnt want it to rain on my parade (darn sleep) and even if it doesnt status me, I can always use him as a status absorber.

Skarmory @shed shell
evs: 252 HP / 96 Atk / 156 Def / 4 Spe
nature: impish
ability: keen eye

-Spikes
-Drill peck
-whirlwind
-roost

My spiker/tank birdy. Hes pretty standard, so theres no need to go in depth. He also sorta compliments spiritomb because if I sense a spinner, my tomb gets a free switch. Shedshell is for the occasional magnezone.

Slowking @leftovers
evs: 212 HP / 44 SpA / 252 SpD
Nature: calm
ability: own tempo

-Surf
-Grass knot
-slack off
- thunderwave

My special wall and favorite pokemon. I put grass knot so he wont be completely walled by bulky waters, and thunderwave to cripple the other team. I really like slowking, but Im willing to give him the boot if I need to :pirate:

Starmie @expert belt
evs 160 HP / 132 SpA / 216 Spe
ability: serene grace
nature: timid

-Surf
-Thunderbolt
-psychic
-ice beam

Starmie is my counter star, and he helps deal with some of my type weaknesses. I took off recover, because starmie is a little frail, and psychic helps some of my coverage.

Infernape @life orb
Nature: naive
24 Atk / 252 SpA / 232 Spe
ability: blaze

Flamethrower
close combat
nasty plot
grass knot

Standard mixape

Dugtrio @ choice band
evs 252 Atk / 4 SpD / 252 Spe
ability: arena trap
nature: jolly

-stone edge
-sucker punch
-earthquake
-aerial ace

My revenge killer. He hits hard and is quite fast.

I recently made a team, ev trained it, and found out it sucked. So if you wanna do a simon cowell please do, Id rather have harsh words then 11 hours of wasted training.

Hi smogon! Its summer here so I thought id try to make a team.

Spiritomb @lum berry Lum berry has its reasons as you stated but Spiritomb likes leftovers a lot
nature: careful
evs. 252 HP / 140 Atk / 116 SpD
ability: pressure

-Sucker punch
-pursuit
-pain split
-will-o-wisp

The one problem with this guy as a lead is that anything with Taunt pretty much screws him over. Gyarados and Tyranitar will outspeed your Spiritomb, use Taunt on your WoW, then get a free turn to Dragon Dance. Otherwise this is ok.

Skarmory @shed shell Nobody really uses Magnezone too much anymore; Leftovers should be used.
evs: 252 HP / 96 Atk / 156 Def / 4 Spe

Most people tend to go with Brave Bird to do more damage to Gyarados and the like, but seeing as you do not have Leftovers and that you already bred for this Skarmory, its probably ok to leave it as it is.

Slowking @leftovers

I really don't have too much to say on Slowking, though Nasty Plot over Thunder-Wave can give you sweeping capability. I'd run HP electric over Grass Knot to take out Gyarados too, though Grass Knot hurts Gyara quite a bit already.

Starmie @expert belt Leftovers works too.
evs 160 HP / 132 SpA / 216 Spe

-ice beam

Starmie isn't nearly as frail with Recover than without it; that's really what seperates him from other water types. If anything I'd replace Psychic (T-Bolt if you teach Slowking HP electric) for it, but you do lose a coverage on Infernape; it's really up to you here.

Infernape @life orb
Nature: naive
24 Atk / 252 SpA / 232 Spe

Flamethrower
close combat
nasty plot
grass knot

Standard mixape

Standard indeed

Dugtrio @ choice band
evs 252 Atk / 4 SpD / 252 Spe
ability: arena trap
nature: jolly

-stone edge
-sucker punch
-earthquake
-aerial ace

My revenge killer. He hits hard and is quite fast.

If you aren't too good at predicting yet I'd though a Life Orb on there.

I recently made a team, ev trained it, and found out it sucked. So if you wanna do a simon cowell please do, Id rather have harsh words then 11 hours of wasted training.

The item changes are assuming you aren't playing a guy who asks for item clause, simply put. Go to the Smogon D/P Analysis pages if you're still having some difficulty.
