Please rate my OU team.

Deoxys-Defense @ Red Card
Ability: Pressure
EVs: 252 HP / 4 SDef / 252 Spd
Timid Nature
IVs: 0 Atk
- Stealth Rock
- Spikes
- Thunder Wave
- Taunt
I start off with my Deoxy as most people do unless there is a dark or ghost type threat. I start off w/ taunt and go into the stealth rock. I thunder wave if I predict a switch. I never use Deoxy-D first if there is a Gengar/Aegislash/Bisharp/Sableye/Espeon/Umbreon,etc...

13958-957098ad986bedfa61c146f9e8f6988c.jpg

Bisharp @ Life Orb
Ability: Defiant
Shiny: Yes
EVs: 32 HP / 252 Atk / 224 Spd
Adamant Nature
- Swords Dance
- Knock Off
- Iron Head
- Sucker Punch
I start of w/ Bisharp if there is a Deoxy-D or Deoxy-S on the other team. This pokemon usually OHKO most of it's opponents with sucker punch. I use swords dance if I predict a switch. I don't use Iron Head mcuh since I don't know if I'll be outsped, and I use knock off if I predict the enemy is gonna use a non-hurtful move on me.

Charizard @ Charizardite Y
Ability: Solar Power
EVs: 4 Def / 252 SAtk / 252 Spd
Timid Nature
- Flamethrower
- Air Slash
- SolarBeam
- Earthquake
75% if the time this pokemon gets hurt by stealth rocks. I solar beam if I predict a switch out. Flamethrower usually does the best damage to other non-super effective pokemon. I don't rely on earthquake too much.

Landorus (M) @ Life Orb
Ability: Sheer Force
EV: 252 Atk / 4 Def / 252 Spe
- Earth Power
- Gravity
- Sludge Wave
- Stone Edge
I start of w/Gravity since that is an awesome way to destroy electric pokemon and pokemon w/levitate. Sludge Wave if a pokemon is fairy. I don't usually use stone edge much. Earth power comes right after that gravity to send those rotom w and gengars straight to hell.

Kyurem-Black @ Choice Band
Ability: Teravolt
EVs: 40 HP / 252 Atk / 216 Spd
Adamant Nature
IVs: 30 Atk / 30 Def
- Outrage
- Ice Beam
- Earth Power
- Fusion Bolt
Kyurem is like the symbol of my team it helps me over everything else because it is overpowered. Ice beam is strictly only for flying/ground types. Outrage destroys chansey and other defensive based pokemon in one hit. Fusion bolt makes it impossible for a supereffective typing to even survive.

Azumarill (F) @ Sitrus Berry
Ability: Huge Power
EVs: 4 HP / 252 Atk / 252 Spd
Jolly Nature
- Belly Drum
- Play Rough
- Aqua Jet
- Waterfall
My Azumarill is like all the others, starts off with a belly drum and leads with a aqua jet. If the opponent is a dragon then i use Play Rough regardless of speed. I use waterfall if I know my opponent can outspeed me.

Yes this team is hugely inspired by DeoSharp so it works quite fine but there are some flaws to this team so please help me.

Charizard-Mega-Y @ Charizardite Y
Ability: Drought
EVs: 252 Spd / 252 SAtk / 4 Def
Hasty Nature
- SolarBeam
- Earthquake
- Fire Blast
- Roost
Hasty > Timid
as you don't want to be losing power from Earthquake, yet you still want a nature that raises your speed in some sort. Due to stating that this Pokemon gets hurt by Stealth Rocks most of the time I would also suggest Roost > Air Slash due towards Air Slash not being needed at all. Fighting types are not OHKO by it and Fire Blast in the sun does the job fine already. All of the fighting types are either dealt with Solarbeam or Fire Blast, Air Slash does not provide it with coverage what so ever.
252 SpA Mega Charizard Y Air Slash vs. 252 HP / 4 SpD Assault Vest Conkeldurr: 270-320 (65.2 - 77.2%) -- guaranteed 2HKO
252 SpA Mega Charizard Y Fire Blast vs. 252 HP / 4 SpD Assault Vest Conkeldurr in Sun: 297-351 (71.7 - 84.7%) -- guaranteed 2HKO
252 SpA Mega Charizard Y Air Slash vs. 0 HP / 4 SpD Keldeo: 312-368 (96.5 - 113.9%) -- 81.3% chance to OHKO
252 SpA Mega Charizard Y Solar Beam vs. 0 HP / 4 SpD Keldeo: 330-390 (102.1 - 120.7%) -- guaranteed OHKO

Azumarill (F) @ Sitrus Berry
Ability: Huge Power
EVs: 92 HP / 252 Atk / 164 Spd
Adamant
Nature
- Belly Drum
- Play Rough
- Aqua Jet
- Waterfall
Not too much to comment on for Azumarill, the Speed lets you outspeed Pokemon that don't run any Speed EVs which are around 70. The rest is invested into the actual bulk of the Pokemon, allowing it to takes hits and then proceed to Belly Drum when ready. The Adamant nature is to ensure you are getting enough power from what you are invested in to make sure no Pokemon have a chance of surviving.

Hi,
Increase your descriptions a bit please or this will be locked. Also your pictures don't work :/

Thank you on the rate, I'll put this bump in 2 weeks.

Ok I've done what u said but if the images fail again, it's not my fault.

In addition to this method below, you see where the Deoxys-D image is, you can simply avoid taking the URL and just drag it across :)

1) Find your Pokemon
2) (Optional) Pick the Generation sprite that you want it from
3) Get your image URL
4)

Click this
5) Paste that URL into it
6) You have your image :)!

Landorus (M) @ Life Orb
Ability: Sheer Force
EVs: 4 HP / 252 SAtk / 252 Spd
Timid Nature

- Earth Power
- Gravity
- Sludge Wave
- Focus Blast / Psychic

Your EVs were a bit wonky there. Mixed Lando without SAtk investment is... strange. What I recommend is going for this set. Gravity does this neat little thing where it makes Focus Miss not miss, and Stone Edge doesn't provide you much coverage, whereas Focus Blast covers stuff like Ferrothorn, and does more damage to stuff that EP can't hit like Rotom-W. Psychic can also be used since Gravity grounds things, making EP cover a lot more and making Focus Blast's coverage somewhat redundant.

For charizard y I would say it would be better

Not really, no. Air Slash is pretty much pointless, as you're not really covering anything extra that you don't hit hard with Flamethrower/Fire Blast. Also, the low accuracy of Focus Miss and Fire Blast hurt. I liked SavageKyurem's set the way it was, as EQ hits Heatran. Sure, Focus Miss does too, but it's Focus Miss.

Ideal set:

Charizard @ Charizardite Y
Ability: Solar Power -> Drought
EVs: 252 Spd / 252 SAtk / 4 Def or Atk
Timid Nature / Naive Nature
- Flamethrower / Fire Blast
- Focus Blast / Earthquake
- Solar Beam
- Roost

STAB of your choice + Solar Beam + Coverage of your choice. Run the 4 Def/Timid spread with Focus Miss and run 4 Atk/Naive with Earthquake.
