Here, you can see me try to ref a double battle for the first time in forever! Or, if you're more interested in watching the potential poison leader train their team against a legendary squad, you can do that as well. Let's flip a coin, with Sivanandi sending out first on a heads and Maxim doing so on a tails.
Sending out Duessel the Venusaur @ nothing and Joshua the Fidgit @ nothing! (Surprise, surprise)
Joshua, is it? I’m glad to make your acquaintance. Talk less, fight more, old timer! We’ve got some heads to bash! I share the sentiment!
Let us begin! Mimic (Joshua, Air Slash) | Air Slash (Hercules)
IF Joshua did not use Air Slash A1 THEN Sleep Powder (Itzanma) A1 AND Power Whip (Itzanma) A2
[2 subs] IF target is under p/e OR in the evasive state of a d/e move THEN Ingrain first instance, Sunny Day second instance, pushing back
Can you handle this? Air Slash (Hercules) | Air Slash (Hercules)
IF Hercules is under p/e when you are to act THEN redirect to Itzanma
[2 subs] IF Itzanma is under p/e OR in the evasive state of a d/e move when you are to target them THEN Reflect first instance, Wish second instance, pushing back
Oh this was not a good round for Maxim. Hercules flinched twice, which also caused it to lose focus and get smacked by Itzanma's extremely strong combo. On the other hand, Itzanma is still fully healthy. This battle could still go either way.
Action 1

Hits? (24/100): Yes
Crits? (14/24): No
Effect? (26/100): Yes

Itzanma used Mighty Quaking of the Earth! (-31 EN)
Crits? (8/24, 6/24, 3/24): No

Damage (Hercules): (22.5*0.75+3+5-6)/1.5=12.5833 --> 13
Action 2
Itzanma cooled down!
Joshua used Air Slash! (-10 EN)
Hits? (39/100): Yes
Crits? (21/24): No
Effect? (11/100): Yes
Damage: (8+4-3)*2.25=20.25 --> 20
Duessel used Air Slash! (-6 EN)
Hits? (46/100): Yes
Crits? (20/24): No
Damage: (8+5-3)*2.25=22.5 --> 23
So. Here's the thing. Everyone in this battle is at 3*, which means they can learn moves from level up, from hatching out of an egg, and from various technical and hidden machines and record. Problem is, the Zygarde Cube fits into...checks notes...none of those categories. So what we see in this round is Hercules getting knocked out before being able to do anything, coupled with Itzanma pitifully struggling to do any damage whatsoever. Meanwhile, Duessel got pretty lucky, landing a 2a sleep on the legendary. Oh, and to add insult to injury, Joshua's Metronome called up Land's Wrath, the one Zygarde signature move that Itzanma actually has.
Action 1
Itzanma used Struggle! (-5 EN)
Target? (1/3): Duessel
Crits? (20/24): No
Damage: 5+5-4=6

While alseep, Itzanma manages to attack far more effectively than while it was awake, calling up both an avalanche and its useable signature move! Joshua frantically tries to mitigate the damage, but Duessel is stopped cold by the sheer volume of rocks, trying and failing to do anything of use on either action. Also, energy totals are starting to run low...

Itzanma used Sleep Talk! (-3 EN)
Move? (4/4): Rock Slide
Itzanma used Rock Slide! (-6 EN)

HP: KO EN: KO Stats: 6/6/3/3/79 Type: Bug/Fighting Ability: Beast Boost SC/WC: 4/7 Other: KO
Itzanma wakes up and goes on a rampage. Joshua and Duessel pause to set things up, delivering one attack over the round. However, that is just barely enough for Itzanma's full power to begin to shine through! Energy totals are starting to get dire, but this battle is far from over.
It seems our trials are not over yet! Grass Knot | Air Slash
IF Itzanma is to use Dig (Suspend) A1 THEN Earthquake (Synch) A2
IF Itzanma is under P/E when you are to act THEN Chill and push back
Oh boy, he's looking a lot more threatening now! Sand Tomb | Toxic
IF Itzanma is to use Dig (Suspend) A1 THEN Earthquake (Synch) A2
IF Itzanma is under P/E when you are to act THEN Chill and push back
[Once] IF Itzanma is to use Land's Wrath outside of a combination THEN Dig and push back
HP: KO EN: KO Stats: 6/6/3/3/79 Type: Bug/Fighting Ability: Beast Boost SC/WC: 4/7 Other: KO
Itzanma pauses to recover some of its lost energy, while the two Poison types seem to be split between a strategy of stalling and a strategy of all out attacking. Joshua cannot possibly keep standing for much longer, and Itzanma isn't looking so good either.

"Activating DESTRUCTION Mode."
"...Why is the arena shaking violently...?"
