It's not in Kalos, you need to use the TM Stealth Rocks in the game it was reset in I believe, there is also a tutor in BW2 I think. Do you still have a copy on previous generation games?

I'm new to posting on Smogon, but I created recently a convenient Ready-to-fight Team for BattleMaison SuperTriple. I spent some good efforts into breeding this team and I feel this could interest some people. I even chose carefully each pokeballs for those 6 pokes.

The team is the a duplicate of the WorldChampion team (record 2000+ wins by ~Mercury~), and is bred and trained perfectly by myself. No cloning, just genuinely bred and trained. The team is Gyarados, MegaManectric HPIce, TalonFlame GaleWings, Swampert eggmove Avalanche, Aegislash and Hydreigon.

I know it's not that difficult to make it on your own, but the convenience I provide could interest you.

I'm interested in cloned competitive Legendaries, for instance you have Zygarde, Keldeo and Zapdos that I would really enjoy obtaining. Would you be interested in trading some of your clones for the 6 fully trained pokes I offer ?

evan0913 it turns out that I will not be able to breed a perfect female Mankey anytime soon, but you said you were okay with just a spitback. However, I would feel horrible for trading just one spitback for a shiny, so if you want, you can choose an apricorn ball mon you would like me to capture :).
