So yeah, basically I am looking for some Pokemon DVDs not the movies, the TV show, but only the ones before Hoenn and I was wondering where I could get them cheap.

Ebay probably. Or see if your local Library has them, I know mine has some of the really old ones(Although you would be borrowing them, but you can't get cheaper than free). Welcome to Smogon.

You could try WalMart or Toysrus. They might have them for low prices. Blockbuster always works if you just want to rent them.
My Toys R Us has them. Amazon.com also has it. Season 1 Part 1 and Part 3 is fairly expensive at $35. Season 1 Part 2 is a good price at $22. The Orange League is also expensive at $36.
