Why do you have random Fighting-type coverage!
I told you not to set Electric Terrain up, since we were setting Grassy Terrain anyways!
This trainer seemed to love Electric-type Pokemon, with an Eelektross being his second Pokemon! I can respect him for being loyal to his favorite type!
Unlike Eelektross, Redcurrant got to benefit from the Grassy Terrain and knocked Eelektross out with Bullet Seed!
Using Thunder in a snowstorm is probably not the best idea!
Cloudberry got to try his Wood Hammer out and it hit so hard!
You might've heard of the Olive Roll, but have you heard of the Elephant Roll?
At this point, I'm calm seeing Murkrow and Honchkrow.
Shiny Stone is a wonderful item because you can use it to get ...
Giga Impact is a powerful move with a hugh drawback, so I don't think I'm using this TM yet. This could be a great addition to Hawthorn's moveset though.
Flareon could've been dangerous with its strong power, but it couldn't take a hit from Coconut!
Let's take a look at what's over there!
That was a mistake!
Kids, remember to stay away from waterfalls!
Recurrant learned Seed Bomb, which is more reliable than Bullet Seed at least!
Earth Power and Play Rough are both wonderful coverages our team desperately need!
We needed to make more of those TMs, but we most definitely did not have enough for Earth Power!
Before we went to the gym, we gave Quince a Grassy Seed, since you guys told me this item regenerates after every battle!
Nemona came to congratulate me on my sixth Gym Badge, but we all knew she wanted more than that!
Time for another fruitful battle!
The biting menace was back!
Lycanroc is a fast Pokemon, but at least Lime didn't flinch this time and cut through the rocky wolf with Leaf Storm.
Nemona's Goomy evolved into a Sliggoo. I bet it doesn't like snowstorm though!
Dragons usually don't survive Avalanche accidents.
Pawmot is Pawmi's final evolution ... even though they look more of less the same!
Pawmot barely survived a Leaf Storm! Unfortunately for us, we had to take the harsh Sp. Atk drop!
Well, we had to finish Pawmot off with Shadow Ball.
Quince versus Quaquaval will be the final show of today!
Both sides Terastallized their Pokemon! Quaquaval seemed to be ready for this, since it had Air Slash to fight Quince!
We got to activate Grassy Seed thanks to Seed Sower!
Quince is just too strong under Grassy Terrain and he easily handled Quaquaval!
We did it again! Woohoo!
Nemona took that lose so well. I am really thankful I have her as my rival!
We just needed two more Gym Badges! The Champion Assessment is getting closer and closer!
Um, I think I might fail this test if it involves exercising...
Oh, the test is about practicing emotions. Ok then!
Man, I am so excited and nervous and worried and delighted and confident at the same time.
My battle studies teacher is the one hosting this Gym Test! Not that I've been studying but cool.
It's time to get emotional!
I'm surprised by how fun this Gym Test is!
I'm mad this is not a Grass-type Gym!
I'm happy I'm getting my seventh Gym Challenge!
I'm excited about what's coming next! Pokemon battles!
Also, please excuse my dear Lime who had the same smug face expression throughout the whole practice!
Gothorita might be good at reading emotions, but how does it fare in battles?
Well, it went down with one Shadow Ball!
Redcurrant is probably the embodiment of anger!
When you're angry, you throw giant seed bombs at your opponents!
I'm excited for a second round of emotion practice, but I'm not going to bore, upset or enrage you! Let's skip to the second battle!
Grumpig is a rather bulky Pokemon, so we had Lime wear it down with Will-O-Wisp!
Lime was having an emotional breakdown when it got hit by Psyshock!
Grumpig went down after two rounds of Shadow Balls! Lime was left with low health after that fight, so we had to switch it out!
Having Quince face a Medicham was not my wisest decision.
At least Quince set up Grassy Terrain before going down!
Medicham is not messing around! Redcurrant was not bulky enough to take a hit at all! With two of my Pokemon knocked out by Medicham, I was feeling really nervous!
Medicham was trying some weird shenanigans with Acupressure, which gave us another chance to knock it out!
The final Pokemon we faced was an Indeedee, a strong support Pokemon!
Indeedee tried to boost itself with Calm Mind! I guess that's a kind of emotion as well!
Vengeful is not a very positive emotion, but Payback is definitely ok as a move!
That second battle was quite an emotional roller coaster! But we toughed it out with our determination to success! Let's hope the Gym Battle will be smoother than that!

 At least for right now.
