Pokemon showing as unreleased when they weren't before?

So there are a few Pokemon that didn't used to show as unreleased and now they do. Two examples include Victini and Kyurem-B.

What happen?

Is this for XY OU Beta? If so, they were supposed to be shown as unreleased. It shouldn't be Pokebank considered I just saw Kyu-B being used.

For XY OU, quite a few legendaries are currently unobtainable and therefore unusable at the moment in non-Pokebank Gen 6 OU. That's probably the issue you're having.
