Pokemon that should(n't) have (pre)-evolutions

All pre-evos should be removed in the next generation and the exclusive moves (encore wynaut etc) become egg moves for their evolutions. Id like Shelgon to have an alternate evolution that is a defensively oriented dragon.
 
i once drew a luvdisc evolution it was crazy
also qwilfish NEEDS an evolution better attack more spped and you have an totally OU spiker/exploder
 
I'd much rather just buff the stats of the old crappy pokémon than giving them new evos in most cases. I don't want Noctowl or electrode to suffer the same fate as magmortar, ambipom, magnezone etc.

Jinx needs an evo though. And I think machoke should get an alt. evo where he grows set of wings instead of extra set of hands. fighting/flying FTW
 
For everyone complaining about Chingling, it does give Chimecho recover, which it otherwise cannot learn.

Anyways...Miltank and Tauros need a pre-evo...and Chansey didn't need one...Happiny is stupid. :(
 
Heh, if anything, for Unown, it should get 2 evolutions.

Second stage needs to be called "Forgotin" and learn some more moves like Secret Power or Explosion.

Third Stage needs to be called "Rememberd" or something, and just learn other moves.

Heh, c'mon, Unown isn't AS awful as people think, although it is awful. :P It basically always has Specs since it only has one move anyway, and it's hard to know which hidden power it actually has until it uses it a couple of times. Actually...ugh who am I kidding.

Which they could have given to Chimecho anyway. Now, if it learned Recover but wasn't allowed to get Wish, then it would be a interesting (not necessarily good) addition.

Just pointing out the Chingling does give something....unlike Muchlax, even if it's kinda point less.
 
Fuse 2 pokes:

Chingling -> Chimecho -> Bronzong

This makes so much sense. The bells get bigger. BTW: Bronzong with recover!!!
 
I myself am for a normal typed evolution of Eevee. Said it before on a different forum, it would be quite badass imo.

I also think Glalie needs something to happen with him. Give him some legs and redistribute his base stats or something, ionno.

A thin version of Abomasnow would be pretty cool... maybe o.O

I am also for Pachirisu evolving, mainly because they keep making useless electric rats and they need something to happen to them.
 
Whoever said Qwilfish needs an Evo is full of the purest form of concentrated win. I love Qwilfish, it's been on several of my OU teams and has performed remarkably well. I run. . .

This thing kicks ass. So long as it isn't ruined by SR/spikes, it can come in (usually on the revenge), and then Dance, essentially giving it 500+ speed, or Counter if he's about to be hit by a physical attack, almost always for the OHKO. Double STAB'd Waterfall off of 317 attack is actually very damaging to a lot of opponents, and if he doesn't get a chance to use it, he can always just explode in the enemy's face. Works wonders. I've seen it take out up to three Pokeys before going down.

An evolution with more attack (Preferably 110+ =D) would rock, as it could be a physical Swift Swimmer that isn't Kabutops, with the ability to Explode, D-Bond, Counter, or Spike. What more could you want? =D
 
I think Heracross could use a pre-evolution just for aesthetic purposes. I like to think of a beetle with an undeveloped horn... and it has to be cute. Then it just evolves into Heracross.

Something I really wish Gamefreak would do is optimize/shuffle the stats of a lot of Pokemon. Pidgeot is pretty much NU because its stats are distributed horribly... despite having the highest BST of every "starter" bird. Plus it looks the coolest. Damnit Pidgeot T_T
 
Gyarados is based on an old...chinese legend, I think it is...
something about a carp that can jump over a bridge (I can't remember what one) will become a dragon...

as for evos, here's my votes:

Farfetch'd:
he needs it...badly...even if he was just bigger and had 2 sticks...

Tropius:
I agree with this completely.

Shellder (alt.):
That thing on Slowbro's tail/Slowking's head is a what now?

Jynx:
I agree with the whole Jynx/Magmar/Electabuzz thing...

Venomoth:
I've used this thing before; stats are all that's keeping it back...especially with Tinted Lens at its disposal...

Kingler:
I can SO see this thing donning a shell and getting a good defense boost, shooting it into top tier...I mean; look at its attack!

Xatu:
we've got, what? 1 other flying/psychic? 'sides, it's got an interesting movepool, ne?

Dunsparce:
2 roadkill pokémon for the win! seriously, though...it's got a LOT of good moves at its disposal...if only it had a better SpAtk...

Mawile:
only mono-steel, if I recall...could have potential...

Rotom:
electric/ghost with levitate? this thing DESERVES to see competitive play...

and babies:

Tauros/Miltank
yeah; a calf that evolves by gender...it'll make breeding tricker, but think of the possibilities for Tauros...

Kangaskhan:
reasons already brought up

just because I'd like to see some little green elf running around...

Miltank and Tauros obviously should of had a pre-evo but other than that I dont think they need to touch it. Its like "here you guys go, we cant think of anything else so were gonna use filler prevos." Same could be said for new evos of oldies but half of them end of being OU or at least half decent so Im cool with that.
 
Heh, Wobbuffet's already gay enough as it is. If they give it an evolution they may as well just give it the same stat total as Arceus and make the distribution something like:

255/1/215/1/215/33...

Plus they'll give it Recover. That's what they must do it a Wobba evo comes into existence. It'll be the first pokemon to be banned from ubers. -.-
 
A Pokemon banned from Ubers. Awesome. So would that make it then, as far as a tier goes? NEU?

Anyways, I think that they could shift some stats around. Really, a lot of the RBY Pogeys had wierd stat distributions. 91 Speed? C'mon Gamefreak, were you on crack on some of these Pokemon? If so, where can I get some?

Now to be more serious, some evos needed:

Farfetch'd - It BEGS for an evolution. Needs some slashing moves too. Maybe Fighting / Flying?

Parasect - Eh, the stats are pretty ass. Needs a jump somewhere.

Jynx - Honestly, she has potential, but just needs a bit more...

Pinsir - Something to at least tie it with Heracross.

Pre-Evos:

Miltank / Tauros - Same reasons stated

That's all I can think of for those.

And seriously, hopefully next-gen they give Magmortar a better ability to make it even with Electivire. I mean... c'mon!
 
Ehh, Pidgeot's not that bad...it's mostly the crappy traits in Keen Eye and Tangled Feet that hold it back from being good and the fact that pretty much every other bird has a better one. Still better than Fearow now that it has Brave Bird at least.
 
Onix should have a pre-evo. I mean, it's far too big to hatch from an egg.

Dunsparce should get a Dragon/Normal evo with good stats....
