basically a poke that is not a 3stage poke could use an evo
like a sandslash evo, electrode evo, etc

An ingenious idea struck me today - what if Luvdisc evolved depending on a maxed-out Poffin stat, like Milotic.

How about a split evo for the Abra family kinda how they made Gardevoir/Gallade. Female Alakazams scare me =(
it would only work if it held an item, cause technically, you can bring all those stats up to max
like new evos and prevos, the poke needs to hold something or do something else so it can evolve/breed

According to that, the story of Magikarp, which is a carp (koi in Japanese) is based on wanting to go up the currents, with strong perseverance and leaping over Dragon Gate, thus becoming a "dragon," however, this dragon is not the typical Asian dragon that we depict in our mind, it's more of a flying serpent-like creature, thus, Gyarados being water/flying.

I agree with whoever thought of giving drought to some pokemon. There needs to be some autoweather that takes out sandstorm/hail thats not legendary, personally.
I am also for giving Kingler an evo. Make it have higher hp, maybe take away a bit of defense, and give it mirror coat/counter. Or we could just have boosted stats. Whatever.

I wish absol got an evolution or pre evo. Just so I can have a jolly dark pokemon that can psycho cut. It would be called IT, maybe even shaped like a clown. :)
