Pokemon x online team help

So I'd like to get better at online battling and making a better team so I was hoping I could post the team I currently have and ask for recommendations and etc.

1st: Delphox
Moves: Psychic; Blast Burn; Flamethrower; Cut
Holding Charcoal
Nature: Blaze
(Debating switiching out for Chariard holding chariardite x)

2nd: Pidgeot
Moves: Wing Attack; Quick attack; Hurricane; Fly
Holding Sky Plate
Nature Docile
(Debating switching out for sylveon to combat dragon types and if put in chariard i can teach him fly instead)

3rd: Raichu
Moves: Quick Attack; Thunderbolt; Discharge; Thunder
Holding zap Plate
Nature Modest

4th: Tyrantrum
Moves: Crunch; Earthquake; Strength; Dragon Claw
Holding Draco Plate
Nature: Bashful

5th: Lucario
Moves: Dragon Pulse; Close combat; Aura Sphere; Bone Rush
Holdling Lucarionite
Nature Hasty

6th: Blastoise
Moves: Surf; Hydro Cannon; Skull Bash; Waterfall
Holding Blastoisnite
Nature Quiet
(Debating switching for Greninja)

Please help me let me know if my idea are good ones or any other changes youd reccomend.
Also bear in mind Im dont understand ev's and iv's very well other than super training.
