Okay Glampardos will now have these stats:
HP: 107
Attack: 45
Defense: 60
Sp. Attack: 125
Sp. Def: 100
Speed: 58

And Malkazam will now have Trace instead of Download

Will that be acceptable enough?

Also what's the consensus on Algrimie's Great Decay
Has to have the same BST

Except for RedwoodRogue's Franklinks, all subs are now legal! Voting starts and lasts for 48 hours.

Refer to the voting rules here in this post
You can vote for as many subs as you’d like in each category. In each category, your first vote is worth 3 points, your second is worth 2 points, and every vote after that is worth 1 point. For self voting, you can put ONE of your subs in second place, which will earn 2 points, and if you put it in the third or later places, it will earn 1 point. When choosing votes for each category, you will enter the name of the Pokemon submitted in order to vote for their sub.
For example:
In one category, I could vote like this:
3, 2(sv), 1, 1, 1
and in another category, like this:
3, 2, 1(sv), 1, 1, 1
These numbers represent the amount of points each vote will earn.

It is worth noting that this maybe subject to change in later slates depending on how voting goes for this, but this is what we've elected to do for this slate.
since the council is busy rn, we didn't have time to put the subs in categories. so when voting, make sure to check which mons belong in which categories.

and with that, voting begins now!

For the human-like egg group, we have Throg by AquaticPanic !
:sv/Throh:
Original Pokemon: Throh
New Pokemon: Throg
Type:

Abilities: Poison Heal / Steadfast // Mold Breaker
Stats: 120 / 100 / 85 / 30 / 85 / 45 [465]
Weight: 30 Kg
Movepool Changes:
- Fighting moves except Brick Break and Bulk Up
+ Liquidation, Surf, Water Gun, Gunk Shot, Chilling Water, Bounce, Toxic Spikes, Life Dew

Height: 1.3 m
Flavor / Explanation: A bipedal amphibian Pokémon. The colourful patterns on its body makes it look like its wearing a kimono
Competitive Role: Big Fat Water
and for the fairy egg group, we have Kazuumarill by G-Luke !

:azumarill:
Original Pokémon: Azumarill
New Pokémon: Kazuumarill
Stats: 80 HP / 40 Atk / 70 Def / 100 SpA / 80 SpD / 50 Spe
Typing:

Abilities: Punk Rock / Soundproof | HA: Klutz
Weight: Same as Standard
Movepool Changes:
+Ember, Poison Sting, Will-O-Wisp, Fire Blast, Trick Room, Sludge Bomb, Boomburst, Toxic, Toxic Spikes, Hyper Voice, Snarl, Taunt, Spotlight, Uproar, Torch Song, Metal Sound, Heavy Slam, Heat Crash, Flare Blitz, Heat Wave, Fire Punch, Flame Charge, Gunk Shot, Poison Jab, Venoshock, Screech, Sludge, Dark Pulse, Foul Play, Clear Smog, Baneful Bunker, Venom Drench, Roar, Overheat, Flamethrower, Belch, Parting Shot, Trash Talk*
-All Water, Ice and Fairy type moves
Trash Talk - 85 BP. Poison. Special. Sound based. 10 PP. 100 Acc. Taunts the user for one turn after use. (From JolteMons)
Role: Special Wallbreaker
Flavor: It's not a rabbit. Go crazy on art tbh, it's supposed to be inanimate. Concept of the Pokémon is a musician, so it gets Poison and Fire because it spits fire and all the new kids music is trash. I just needed to justify this typing tbh, since it's one I think is very good and underrated in our current metagame.

Kazuumarill is a special wallbreaker thank leverages Punk Rock to amplify the power of it's attacks to be very powerful. It as a Pokemon can check the likes of Appleton, defensive Aurodactyl (through snowballing) and depending on it's health some special attackers. It is held in check due to it's very frail physical defense making it rather easy to revenge kill on that side and a typing that can be exploited by a large portion of the current metagame.
congratulations to all the winners! give your thoughts on the meta with these new guys and look out for the next slate ^^

Original Pokemon: Glimmora
New Pokemon: Shimmora
Type: Ice / Psychic
Abilites: Refrigerate / Magic Bounce (HA)
Stats: 83 / 45 / 80 / 130 / 91 / 96 | 525
Weight: 37.5 kg
Movepool Changes:
+ Blizzard, Ice Beam, Freeze-Dry, Psychic, Psyshock, Aura Sphere, Aurora Veil, Reflect, Light Screen, Calm Mind
- All Rock type moves besides Power Gem, All Poison type moves, Energy Ball, Earth Power
Flavor: Is a fake flower made out of ice shards instead of crystals. The main flower is pink, appearing like stained glass, as the ice shards absorbed pink light. The edges and bottom of the flower are light blue instead of pink. The head is white with green eyes.
Role: Can serve as either a lead with Dual Screens and Spikes, or an offensive Pokemon with its large SpA stat and good offensive typing. Its fantastic ability in Magic Bounce further benefits it. However, its only decent speed means it is easily revenged killed on top of its poor defensive typing and average bulk.

1675651239112.png

Original Pokémon: Scream Tail
New Pokémon: Scream Snake
Type: Dark / Psychic
Abilities: Strong Jaw
Stats: 95 / 115 / 69 / 95 / 75 / 121 | 570
Weight: 12.3 kg
Movepool Changes:
+ Sucker Punch, Power Whip
- Bulk Up, All Punching moves, Gyro Ball, Sing
Flavor: The entire main body of Jigglypuff has been reduced to a single head, which is attached to the “tail” which is now a snake body. The head keeps none of the original Jigglypuff besides the eyes and mouth. The “makeup” surrounding the face is now gone. The eyes are red and the main color is black instead of pink. The head is smaller than the regular Scream Tail, but the tail is much longer.
Role: With great Attack and Speed, Strong Jaw, and several biting type moves, including STAB Psychic Fangs and Crunch, Scream Snake is a fantastic wallbreaker and revenge killer when equipped with a Choice Band. However, its bulk is middling at best, and the lack of setup moves means means it can’t break past all walls, especially Dark types. Plus the typing makes it susceptible to moves like U-Turn.

1675657424102.png

Original Pokémon: Tatsugiri
New Pokémon: Tatsugummi
Type: Dragon / Fairy
Ability: Sticky Hold / Regenerator
Stats: 88 / 40 / 60 / 100 / 115 / 72
Weight: 6.7 kg
Movepool Changes:
+ Moonblast, Dazzling Gleam, Psychic, Psyshock, Stored Power, Mystical Fire, Dragon Tail, Wish, Calm Mind, Toxic, Recover
- All Water type moves
Flavor: Basically the same Pokémon, but it’s a fish gummy now!
Role: Can serve as a support Pokémon with its access to Wish and Rapid Spin, alongside its solid Special Defense and defensive typing. It also has access to recovery in Recover and Regenerator. Its decent SpA and access to powerful STABs in Moonblast and Draco Meteor can also make it relatively threatening. However its awful physical bulk and middling speed means fast physical attackers can easily take it out.

+ King's Shield (King's Shield protects the user from all effects of physical and special moves that target it during the turn it is used. If King's Shield blocks an attack that would make contact with the user, the attacker is afflicted with Taunt.)
- Ruination
- Dark Pulse

- Snarl
- Body Press
- Mean Look
Height: 2.7 m (8′10″)
Flavor / Explanation:
Instead of a black cauldron, King-Lu would have a golden crown, silver horns, and the same color combination on the body.
Competitive Role:
King-Lu has incredible defensive stats which allows it to be a versatile mixed wall. It's also far from passive with decent enough stats in both Attack and Special Attack.

+ Twister
+ Snatch
+ Taunt
+ Torment
- Head Smash
- Liquidation
- Waterfall
- Razor Shell
- Rock Polish
- Shell Smash
Height: 1.0 m (3'03")
Flavor / Explanation:
Dreadnaw is seen burrowing in mountainous regions, creating a network of tunnels for hunting. It only appears above ground at midnight to prey on local Rattata and pretty much anything it can get it's claws on. Dreadnaw has distinct, pitch black claws that it uses for burrowing and hunting. Dreadnaw has a long horn on it's head that it uses to aid in digging and spikes that appear across it's spine all the way down to the tail.
Competitive Role:
Dreadnaw is a potent wallbreaker and setup sweeper, which takes advantage of powerful STAB options like Crunch and Glaive Rush as well as a dangerous Hidden Ability in Tough Claws. Not much else to say about it, it has pretty nice move synergy with Swords Dance and Scale Shot. Additionally, it has access to utility like Stealth Rock, Taunt, and Dragon Tail but may seem suboptimal compared to it's more offensive movesets.
Dreadclaw @ Choice Band
Ability: Tough Claws

Role: Physical Wallbreaker
Flavor: Imagine Iron Moth but not metallic. It's an actual moth, with imagery similar to that of Aurumoth from CAP.

Psion Moth is a decently strong attacker that leverages it's access to Magic Bounce to serve as a decent deterrent to hazard setters. Access to Sacred Sword and Flare Blitz serve as it's chief form of coverage to break steel types. First Impression gives it good utility as a revenge killer.

Grand Slam
80 Base Power, Fairy 100% Accurate, Physical, Non-Contact
At the start of the user’s turn applies Magic Coat.

Flavor Text: Batterene use their thick hair as incredibly potent wings which allow them to maintain flight. Despite their more feral appearance to their more stringent Galarian relatives, Batterene are quite playful in nature, so much so that you may often find them playing games with other Batterene, as well as Battrem and Battenna out in the wild with their large clubs.

Role Compendium: Batterene are quite bulky and possess a potent offensive and defensive typing with setup, pivoting, hazard removal, and a niche equivalent. Because of all of these beneficial traits Batterene tend to be excellent utility mons, with very threatening breaking priority. Their speed tier even allows them to be threatening sticky web sweepers if given that support from a teammate. Batterene excell in the roles of Setup Sweeper, Bulky Pivot, Choice Band Breaker, and Bulky Utility.

Flavor Text: Wither Wing are mythic, thunderous beasts that bring destruction in their wake where they step. Their supposed wings are born of their electrical outbursts, which have been so destructive that towns have found themselves helpless against their wrath.

Wither wing have tons of versatility being able to function as defensive utility, pivot, band, scarfer, or setup sweeper all with great effect, and being able to tech against many of the mons in the tier, but it struggles severely with four moveslot syndrome as you will often not be able to slot all of the moves it wants to run, and mons like Urthwyrm can wall it pretty effectively.

STAB: +Close Combat +Submission +Dynamic Punch +Axe Kick +High Jump Kick +Head Smash
Coverage: +Fury Swipes +Mega Punch +Rapid Spin +Flail +Shadow Claw +Night Slash +Thief
Status: +Recycle +Roar +Stealth Rock +Monkey Style
Loses: -All Dragon Moves -Liquidation

Monkey Style/PP 10/Status/Fighting/A cheeky performance that has you gain +1 Speed while also taunting the opponent, making them use only attacking moves for 3 turns.

Flavor: A strain of Garchomp has been discovered to live in the jungle, their scales have turned into fur, and where their fins used to be, they have now been replaced by rocky plates, they have also gained a pronounced muzzle and fangs. These Garchimps have proved to be quite boisterous and have a liking for socialization, but their immense strength can prove to be a hinderance to their otherwise friendly personalities.

Role:
Garchimp can use Rapid Spin to remove hazards while setting up its own, No Gaurd to perform always accurate Dynamic Punches and Stone Edges, Monkey Style to lock down and set up sweepers and hazards, or a combination of the last few ideas. What it lacks is in bulk, having 7 weaknesses means that it must rely on speed to outlast its opponents and its lack of a good switch move means that you need to be careful when switching in.

Coverage: +Icicle Spear +Triple Axel +Iron Head +Acrobatics +Foul Play +Power Gem
Status: +Agility +Destiny Bond +Misty Terrain +Psychic Terrain +Block
Loses: -All Grass Moves -All Fairy Moves

Star Kick/PP 10/Physical/Psychic/120 BP/90%/If the user misses, they take crash damage equal to 50% of the potential damage, has a 10% chance to confuse the target.

Flavor: When a Stenee approaches a particularly high point, cosmic energy fills their veins, they mutate, gaining a blue and gold color scheme and they begin to resemble a starfruit. It has a noticeably cold personality and can create afterimages from its long shining legs.

Role:
Sorta an inversion on the typical Psychic-type, firstly its physically orientated and quite frail, secondly it's strongest attack isn't close combat but its signature Star Kick. Using Fighting-type STAB to break the Dark-types used to block Psychic, Stareena is a Wallbreaker that is hard to wall due to its great STAB combo. However its lack of good resistances matches poorly with its bad bulk, so one needs to be careful if you encounter a difficult matchup.

Dachbun
New Pokemon: Dachgun
Types:

Abilities:

Skill Link/Long Reach
Hidden Ability:
Quick Draw (Every time you get under 50% HP your next move will have +1 priority)
Stats:
HP: 77
Attack: 120
Def: 90
Sp. Attack: 50
Sp. Defense: 90
Speed: 55

Moveset Changes:
STAB: +Six Bullets +Iron Head +Iron Tail +Bullet Punch
Coverage: +Pin Missile +Icicle Spear +Rock Throw +Bullet Seed +Dragon Darts +Drill Run +Rapid Spin
Status: +Spikes +Stealth Rock +Iron Defense
Loses: -All Fairy Moves -Wish

Six Bullets/PP 15/Physical/Steel/15 BP/90%/The user shoots 6 scattered metal bullets at the target, this may hit 2-6 times, if you hit all 6 the last hit is a critical hit, hit number calculation based off the likes of Bullet Seed and Pin Missile in that you roll between hitting 2-6 times, the exact shot number rolls are:

30% 2 Shots
25% 3 Shots
20% 4 Shots
15% 5 Shots
10% 6 Shots

Flavor: Some Dachbuns harden their dough to a point where they become as tough as metal, their mains become hollowed out chambers, making them resemble a classic six-chamber revolver, which while heavy are capable of holding many different types items. Some snazzy trainers also like putting cowboy hats on their metal hound buddies to make them more intimidating.

Role:
Dashgun is one of those Pokemon that are capable of running a variety of sets, but those sets are dependant on what ability it chooses. If it chooses Skill Link you can take full advantage of your massive coverage including your signature Six Bullets without sacrificing an item slot for a Loaded Die. If you use Quick Draw you can become a adept hazard setter or remover, using your +1 priority to set a layer of Spikes or Stealth Rocks, or use that priority to remove the opponents hazards using Rapid Spin. Or you can use your Quick Draw ability and use a powerful STAB +1 priority Iron Head and be a quick wallbreaker. Still, regardless of the abilities you choose, you have some key weaknesses, lack of recovery, no way to hit Steel-types without spending a slot for Drill Run, and poor speed.
