Pet Mod Poketypos (Sinistcha Slate)

Thanks you for replying, doubting but have still changed Sceptical's typing. Is Bug/Dark fine for my sub? Has 5 weaknesses now
Lowered Might Attack's power, and changed Pain Slash

:medicham: IMO remove Ice Beam and Earth Power. Magical Power 70 SpA reaches a crazy damage amount even with Scarf Timid sets and these moves push it over the edge (especially EP)
:glalie: dont think it needs Ground as a type but its a good Drought mon, also has 10 more BST than what it should have.
:sandaconda: Miasmamba looks like a fine defensive mon with EEater.

Thanks for the advice! I removed Earth Power and Ice Beam and gave Flalire 10 extra SpD to match Glalie's BST. But for the Ground typing, is this because it doesn't fit the flavor or it's bad competitively? I still haven't changed it so I want to know.

Neither, its just because we already have too many grounds and this would be completely fine with only Fire

Ah, I understand. I gave it an extra typing because I wanted to separate it from the other Drought setters and I didn’t want to make it Fire/Rock because for once, that typing sucks even with Drought or Levitate, and two, I know of a fangame that already did a regional Glalie that was Fire/Rock so I didn’t want to copy them. Kinda silly but yeah. I’ll make it pure Fire though.

:garbodor: i dont like the sig move. damaging with 1/8 chip looks too much. maybe 1/16 or something?

It was supposed to mirror Iron Barbs' damage on contact, but I did change it to 1/16 just to be on the safe side.

Also I'm glad you like Aurodactyl! Is it because I didn't give it Good as Gold or just because it's a Steel/Flying 'mon in general lol

Veto time!
:sv/sceptile:
Turtlek's Sceptical:
- Remove Wonder Guard, lower offensive stats, give it an SpD stat -
As it is, the submission can't work as a balanced Wonder Guard mon, and i think there really isn't a way to do this outside of removing WG entirely, since this would be a really potent Tinted Lens pokémon. But it would be too strong even for that, so SpA and Spe should be lowered (maybe just one of these but by a higher amount) and SpD should have more than 1 stat point.

:sv/heracross:
Turtlek's Heracles:
- Remove Mighty Attack OR High Jump Kick, remove Triple Arrows, remove Swords Dance -
This Pokémon reaches obscene damage with HJK Reckless SD, and Mighty Attack is just HJK with a lower accuracy, so removing one of these would be optimal, both still do insane damage. Triple Arrows is a very good move and it might not be as broken here, but having it isn't good, it's another move that can make this broken and it already has Reckless HJK as a way to do nuclear damage, this with a move that can lower Defense and has a high crit chance is a pain to deal. You can probably just run Play Rough Triple Arrows and cause trouble to everything bar Sapras/Soaperior/Smoninja, and even those since they collapse with enough Defense drops. Swords Dance just makes HJK more busted and makes Heracles ACTUALLY unwallable which ofc isnt something we want.

:sv/garchomp:
TheCounterTeamer's Carchomp
- Remove Speed Boost -
This Pokémon is really strong with Shift Gear Speed Boost Headlong Rush. This may have a bad speed tier but it has enough bulk to live 1 or 2 hits and get to +1 Atk +3 Speed in one turn. Removing Speed Boost would be best since the mon doesnt passively get boosts and actually needs to MOVE.

You have 24 hours to correct these, and then votes are opened.

:garchomp: No this is NOT underpowered. Speed Boost Shift Gear helps it ignore its otherwise awful speed tier and be faster than the entire meta. It also has enough bulk to live 1 or 2 hits in the process, and then it just Headlong Rushes everyone. Would probably remove Speed Boost.

Done. Speed Boost replaced with Reckless (a somewhat useless ability for it seeing as it has a grand total of one viable recoil move) and gave it Head Smash. Also moved some base stats into Speed over Attack to give it a bit less power and deleted Headlong Rush for less Ground-type power.
:bw/Garchomp:
Original Pokemon: Garchomp

New Pokemon: Carchomp

Type:
Steel/Ground

Abilities: Heavy Metal/Slow Start/Speed BoostReckless

Stats: 108/110/115/105/101/61
Weight: 190 KG (2x normal weight, it’s heavy)
Height: Half of regular Garchomp
Movepool Changes:
+ Spin Out, Headlong Rush, Shift Gear, Iron Defense, Body Press, Rollout, Rapid Spin, Flash Cannon, Facade, Knock Off, Close Combat, Heavy Slam, U-Turn, Head Smash, Steel Beam, Gear Up, Gyro Ball
- Poison Jab, Stealth Rock, Swords Dance, Fling, Surf, Draco Meteor, Scorching Sands, Whirlpool, Twister, Fly, Dragon Tail
Flavour:
Dex Entry 1: Carchomp looks very similar to Cyclizar, and also can be ridden. However, it is not recommended since while it is much faster, it has less control.
Dex Entry 2: Carchomp is normally sluggish, but when it releases the wheels on its legs it can move up to 200 Kilometers per Hour. Rival Carchomp will race for territory, and the faster Carchomp wins.
Prevos: Cible, Cabite

Competitive Role: Ground/Steel type alternative to Iron Treads and Excadrill that has some sweeping potential as well. Can run mixed sets as well as Physical sets, and is bulkier than normal Garchomp but initially slower. It can utilize Shift Gear to turn into a terrifying sweeper, but lacks an ability to go along with that power. It also somewhat lacks in immediate power, but makes up for it with an amazing profile of U-Turn, Close Combat, and a Reckless-boosted Head Smash along with keeping Spikes. Head Smash is a sort of risk vs reward option with Stone Edge, as it eats into Carchomp's longevity in exchange for stunning power.

Balance Changes: Speed Boost -> Reckless, +Head Smash, -Headlong Rush, -10 Atk, +10 Speed

All vetos have been fixed, and now it's time for votes! And this time we have a list aha except you will deal with links-

For clarity's sake: Latiat and Lationge are vetoed due to the fact that they belong in the same category. This was an error on my part for not noticing, but the subber did not respond when I messaged them. Therefore, they are vetoed.

Voting lasts for 48 hours!
