The way I see it, P-Z is simply too strong for this tier. I'm mostly talking about the specs set here, since I haven't used NP or agility much (they're still a bitch to face though) and really why would anyone use scarf, but from my experience this thing is just way too hard to stop. If you grab a download boost (or actually even without it, but it isn't that hard to get), tri-attack will obliterate anything that doesn't resist it, with dark pulse and hp fighting cleaning up everything else. It doesn't even need a fourth move. The closest you'll get to a "counter" (read: chance to avoid a 2HKO without hazards) is munchlax who just dies the second time it switches in. Or you just trick it because you can do whatever you want with your last moveslot, so why not trick?
That's really all there is to it, I don't see why this should stay.

There is just simply no true counter or wall to this guy. And unless you have a decent counter in as pory z comes out, you cant afford to switch into your most viable option to stop it as it wrecks any poke that it hits, be it neutral damage or even not very effective on some occasions.
The most common pz i see is life orb nasty plotter set; i switched in to my steelix once to stop him before he got rolling and his tri-attack did 41 percent with life orb, yet without a nasty plot. He then proceeded to kill me with an hp i think. Then with my clefable, i go in to knock off his life orb (which i succeed at doing) at which point he threw up a sub, gets 2 nasty plots as i break his sub with a seismic toss and hit him once, and then he OHKO's my clefable with a tri-attack. So now i go into my only pokemon that can outspeed him; Klinklang, and go for a gear grind. Now at this point the pz had probably around 150-160 hp, so i am not entirely sure whether my unboosted GG would have killed it, but it missed anyways lol. But here is the best part, now i know the pz was at +4 with adaptability, and that Klinklang doesnt have the best special d, but the fucker decides to go for a tri attack for some damn reason and it OHKOs my full hp klinklang, no crit hit or anything, and it no longer had its life orb. That just totally blew my mind and i subsequently got swept hard by pz.

Needless to say, i think just the great move coverage, special attack stat, excellent abilities, and usable speed stat (it is actually excellent given his attacking power and that the RU tier is less than fast) PZ is game-breaking and should be banned.
