Yeah so, i've been using this alot lately and it rarely fails to sweep.
It really deserves it's own set, I can provide logs if it's necessary.

[SET]
name: Agility
move 1: Tri-Attack
move 2: Thunderbolt
move 3: Ice Beam
move 4: Agility
item: Life Orb
ability: Download
nature: Modest
evs: 56 HP / 252 SpA / 196 Spe
Why this set deserves to be on-site:
- Amazing mid to late game Sweeper, able to grab a +1 SpA boost and +2 Spe if you use download correctly.
- Unresisted Coverage(Bar Magneton and Shedinja)
- Base 105 special attack is fairly good.
- Great stab move that reaches 120 base power along with great effects.
- Reaches 410 Speed(specific benchmarks in powerwithin's post)
additional comments:
- Dark Pulse/HP fighting can also be used over IB/TBolt but not nearly as good.
- Recover?
teammates and counters:
-
Hitmonlee/Top can take care of registeel and chansey.
- Fire and ground types such as dugtrio/rhyperior and Arcanine are good teammates to get registeel out of the way.
- Preferably spikes support as they help P2's sweep immensely.
- Registeel can wall you without hp fighting, however even with hp fighting you have to roll max damage twice to beat it with SR.
- Technitop can stop your sweep and kill you with fake out + Mach punch.
- Chansey walls you.

Love this set, been using it a TON in NU to great effect.

Just for kicks, you only need 244 Speed EVs to beat +nature scarf 95s with Timid at +2. The 12 extra EVs can go into bulk. It isnt significant but i cant think of a reason to go max speed with a base 60 mon so a little extra investment is useful.

Althouth sharing a Fighting weakness, a Houndoom with Crunch / Sucker Punch / Pursuit / Fire Blast could be great for neutering Chansey, Steels, and Ghosts all in one Pokemon. Qwilfish is what gave me Spikes support in NU and should probably be the choice here too for the Fighting resist. Cool set!

A set pretty much identical to this (without Agility) was approved like last week. Agility is mentioned in the AC for the set, so I'm not sure if it's necessary to have a separate Agility set.

Why do you list technitop "being able" to ko with mach punch when it can do it 100% of the time with fake out + mach punch? additionally there is no need to use max speed + timid when you're using agility. it's not like every other person uses an agility base 60. porygon2 can get a lot of benefit from hp evs.

benchmarks: (most evs used to least; all are modest)
->196; beats scarf lee (adamant) while +2
->180; beats milotic (8 speed) without boost
->144; beats swellow (jolly) while +2 who is the fastest non-scarfer

edit: shedinja resists your combo

Why does everyone always ignore poor Magneton? ;(

On a more related note, there is almost no point running max speed. What do you outspeed? I agree with ThePowerWithin and that you should only run 196 speed EVs to outspeed Scarf Hitmonlee and then dump the rest in HP. Also, don't mention Aggron as a counter as it is OHKOed by a +1 Thunderbolt and is 2HKOed by a +1 Ice Beam anyway.

Changes made.

As for random pizzaman's post, personally i strongly believe this deserves its own set rather than just a AC mention.
