Just a nitpick, but
Power Gem was buffed to 80 BP, so by your scale I believe it's only 71 BP now.
Power Gem's mechanics were unknown to me at the time since XY was still so new. Good catch, tho. I'm sure there are more.

Throbulator36 I don't have plans to update this since like Pikachuun said it was never implemented. HOWEVER I may still on my free time make a list and put it somewhere for sharts and gargles.

This is Power-Twist, not the Pikachuun fan club! If you want his old meta back go bump it yourself. Someone took the time to resurrect my dead meta so either talk about it or get out.

P.S. I'd happily join his fan club myself so if there is one, let me know.

Or, you know, I could just suggest the gen 6 version... Give me a while to come up with new typings.

lucario
-bullet punch
-mach punch
-quick attack
-mud slap
-vacuum wave
-power-up punch
-swords dance
...yep, still got 4MSS (edit: can't learn mach punch)

Malamar
Contrary
-constrict
-peck
unaffected by mud slap/rock smash/etc's secondary effect due to contrary.

I have overhauled the meta. Base powers were realigned and some new precautions were taken (simplified a lot of "unique" moves). Check out the updated OP!

I can't think of a good reason not to. Looks like special coverage wont be much of an issue now.

Since the only moves that with a BP that isn't divisible by 5 aren't affected by the power change, you can declutter the OP a bit by replacing that chart with this:
10 -> 140
15 -> 135
20 -> 130
25 -> 125
30 -> 120
35 -> 115
40 -> 110
45 -> 105
50 -> 100
55 -> 95
60 -> 90
65 -> 85

120 -> 30
125 -> 25

140 -> 10
145 -> 5
150+ -> 1

Lol why didn't I think of that! Nice. Thanks!

lol nidoking. Base 130 and 135 mixed STAB, base 95 icy wind, base 90 incinerate, etc.

Do something about power up punch, way too strong.

I ought to suspect Power-Up Punch, Infestation, and Mud Slap... if I could code this I would so I could at least try it out before implementing any bans.
But it's fairly obvious some things are broken as is. What if I imposed an "accuracy tax" on moves over say 100 bp? Ugh but I hate to make up something like that because it's pretty arbitrary.

How bout getting rid of their ability to set up?

Figured it out! I think someone proposed this last time, but at any rate what I'm going to do is extend the reversal to ALL effects of moves. So that means Power-Up Punch lowers attack, Mud Slap raises target's accuracy, and so forth. I'm at work so I'll have to work the rest out tonight. How does that sound?

YAY!!! Fighting officially has no good moves.
There's still Storm Throw, Karate Chop, and Force Palm (which isn't in the pastebin fsr).

Superpower is a really interesting move here. It's basically Bulk Up with 30 BP. Scolipede seems like a great user, thanks to powerful STAB Poison Jab, Speed Boost, and Baton Pass. It's sorta like a physical Venomoth, that can't put things to sleep.

Hammer Arm has suddenly become Flame Charge.

Overheat, Psycho Boost, Draco Meteor, and Leaf Storm are now Nasty Plot.

V-Create Victini is surprisingly still threatening, thanks to Stored Power, which hasn't changed. It can also combo that with two of Overheat, Incinerate, Rock Smash (for TTar and other dark types), and ChestoRest. Alternatively Smeargle can pass V-Create boosts to something like Espeon or Sylveon.

guess I forgot about them

Dude just realized
Breloom @ Leftovers
Ability: Technician
I don't care about EV's right now
Superpower
Mach Punch
Bullet Seed
Smack Down
Hitmontop might be able to run a similar set but 75 BP Bulk Up is awesome.
